Worst pharmacy in North Texas. Go literally anywhere else and you’ll receive better service.

Every single time I call no one answers the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes went to the store stood in line waiting to be acknowledged I was waiting to pick up a prescription while still holding hearing the intercom about 4 calls waiting and finally when I was attended to. I showed her how long I had been waiting for an answer and she shrugged her shoulder and said well we’re short staffed and I said I understand that but some people are sick and can’t leave home and you’re ignoring calls. She had no concern. I have to use CVS because of my insurance they are by far the absolute worst when it comes to customer care.

Been on hold with the pharmacy for half an hour now. They never have my prescriptions even though they're essential. Once had to wait 4 hours in line for my meds. This is ridiculous.

Store is very understaffed. Pharmacy unable to fill my prescription for over 16 hours. Still don’t have it. Cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Terrible service

Good store but they have a horrible pharmacy staff. They slow and undercover rude. I have lived in Garland since 1997 and this has never been a good pharmacy. Take your prescriptions anywhere but here. I have been waiting on 3 prescription for a week now. The Staff has not called, I have called and see if the medicine is in stock. They said 1 day on 2 different days. Now it has been a week. And don't get vaccinated here. I witness an elderly whom had an appointment to get vaccinated wait for over 30 minutes and no one ever said anything to her but we'll be there in a minute.

This location has gone downhill bad lately, they can’t or won’t pay people enough to work there I guess. It’s super common for 1 retail associate to be working the entire store, at least it appears that way. I’ve personally sat in the drive through as the only person in line twice now for 15+ minutes to not even be acknowledged. It’s gotten bad enough I’m moving my scrips elsewhere. I don’t have time to spend an hour getting my prescriptions.

I would give this location negative stars if I could. Called the pharmacy to get my prescription but no one ever answered the phone. Went into the store just to see a line for the pharmacy stacked up to the entrance of the store. It can’t take that long to fill a prescription. I see 3 employees but not much working going on. I can hear the phone ringing. First with it saying 2 pharmacy call then it went to 6 pharmacy calls with no one making an effort to answer the phone or to work with a sense of urgency. This can’t be good for business. Come on CVS! ’ You have to do better than this.

The drive-thru prescription window service sucks majorly. Go somewhere else if you’re in a hurry.

I took my daughter here for a Covid 19 vaccine. The pharmacist (Ifeyinwa Ofomata) was rude and unprofessional. She drew up the vaccine in the syringe where it was not visible. I asked if I could see the vial, she persist to lift this tiny vial up to show me as she stood more than 10 ft away from me. I informed here that I couldn't see it from that distance. She walk closer about 7ft away and lifted it again. Because she was so hesitate to show the vial and canceled the appointment. Another pharmacy employee walked over and show me vial and that the vaccine she was about to inject into my minor child was expired. This head pharmacist is the WORST! She has the nastiest disposition and should NOT be allowed to interact with customers at all. She didn't want me to see the vial because she KNEW it was expired. Stay away from this pharmacy. They are willingly and knowingly administering expired vaccines.

I placed an order online for pictures at 5: 23 -am. I went in to pick up my order tonight at 7: 00 pm. First the front end was completely unattended. The “manager on duty” finally came and decided to help the white couple first even though I had been waiting there all of ten minutes before they even arrived. I corrected him and seems as though he got offended cause he all of a sudden “couldn’t find my order”. He didn’t try to rectify the situation or anything. He was very nonchalant and brushed me off! His boss should definitely re-evaluate his manager position. He lacks customer service skills, problems solving skills, and tact! Needless to say I won’t be coming back here! This was a horrible experience!

Update 8/28/2022: Guess they have grown more incompetent in looking for packages now. Had an email notifying me that UPS dropped off the package so went to pick it up. Person that was looking for it, didn't even put up effort and tried to pull the good ol' 'UpS dOesn'T dELiVEr ON saTuRdaYs' saying. Came back the following day and package was there. Checked the date on the labels and sure enough, package WAS out for delivery on Saturday. Well done you knobs.

Original Review: The two stars are simply for the fact that this is a decent place to pick up packages from UNLESS you get the two geniuses that at first couldn't read a delivery label properly. They're improving slowly by asking what package instead of what they should say 'what's the last name? ' during a package pick up so that's a good sign. One step at a time!

That aside, alright place to pick up random things and they got a self checkout. Wish they had more of those.

Worst CVS never have prescription ready the day there suppose to. Never answer the phone. Are very rude, slow, no effort put in there job. Never again why they have a low rate

Our experience with having taken passport photos was great. The lady who helped us was professional and courteous with our newborn's photos.

Was followed around the store and being asked multiple times what I needed. Stop harassing! Never coming back to this awful cvs.

Great people in the pharmacy the manger lady of African American descent I forgot her name has a great team and her service was amazing.
