The worst customer service from Crystal and Amaca. These people have no business in the pharmaceutical field. They disregard you and make you feel like you are a bother…. Well sorry I’m sick and need medication!

One of the best pharmacy places I’ve been to. People are friendly and helpful. Minute clinic is extraordinary. I don’t get why they have a low number of stars. Maybe it’s because people that like the place don’t write reviews. I was one of them but after my visit yesterday I noticed this lower ranking and I decided to contribute a bit.

From my experience, the reviews are accurate. Please avoid this location. There are others nearby.

Female Pharmacist on duty is very unprofessional, rude and lacks respect for customers! When I inquired about why my prescription was not refilled, she told me it’s because it can be filled OTC. When I asked why it had been changed (since it had always been refilled), she rudely and impatiently replied - “ it’s an Over the counter med and you have always paid out of pocket, but okaayyy - we can fill it but you will still pay out of pocket”. Then she stopped waiting on me to greet and hug another colleague - while I was still standing there! I plan to use another pharmacy!

Why have self check out and employee literally standing over you watching you checkout. Might as well go to Walmart if you treat customers like thieves. I know for a fact not every location does this.

Never had a bad experience here. The pharmacy is a little backed up and slow, but other than that no problems. The staff are all very friendly.

Frustrating knowing there’s Uber eats drivers wanting to shop and pay for their customers orders and driving all the way to the store to find out it’s closed is even more frustrating, waste everyone’s time including regular customers, do better and update your time if you’re gonna be updating the system

This CVS is the Best! Super friendly staff and always clean! Thank you for always wanting to help when I need it!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They don’t answer the phone. No consultation for new med.one time they shut the drive through on me. And today the whole day their systems were down and no one answered the phone

Christina the Night shift provides excellent customer service, helping me find of what I'm looking for
