10I was traveling in my RV when I needed to get my little dog’s seizure medicine filled. They made sure that it was done for me when I rolled through Amarillo. Great customer service.
This pharmacy needs to update its hours online! I waited in line and they closed at 6! It didn’t matter that I was there before 6!
It usually takes 45 minutes if a script is called in ahead of time but for the most part they're great. There were a couple of times that they were drive through only and the line was a mile long or they didn't have the meds I needed in house and I had to come back another day but I've learned to stay on top of stuff ahead of time and I don't have nearly as many issues.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. You can call and wait on hold 30 minutes to finally speak with someone, they’ll tell you your prescriptions are ready then go and stand in line half an hour to get up to the counter and they’ll tell you they’re not ready yet. This is not a one time occurrence either this has happened repeatedly to me and my family that has to use this pharmacy bc of our insurance. Pitiful excuse for a pharmacy and management. Go somewhere else if at all possible is my recommendation
I called at 9: 00am today, requested the pharmacy and was on hold for 35 min. I hung up and called back and held for 25 min - they picked up the phone and hung it up. That is an HOUR on hold for a prescription that I desperately need - what terrible service! I will not do business here.
Do Not fill your prescriptions here. Unless you want to wait on hold for hours on end or spend those hours waiting in a drive through line with the pharmacy inside closed. I waited in line for an hour and asked them to transfer my meds. They never did and the new pharmacy can not fill it because this location will not pick up their phone.
Why does it take so long to talk to someone in pharmacy. Have called in the past 3 days. And been on hold an hour and a half within those 3 days.
They have very disrespectful pharmacist employees that work there. Will not go there again. They are the worst CVS here in Amarillo
Cashier was very rude and did not want to serve customers in line. Was directed to self checkout, where I stated I was unable to bag items myself due to being one handed and having a severe wound on my hand (that I was purchasing supplies for). Self checkout has no volume control, and had 0 bags stocked so I had to struggle to carry my items out. 0/5 star experience. Will not choose CVS in the future.
