CVS, Waxahachie TX

It’s really frustrating when we drive into town to pick up our prescriptions and they leave some out. Seriously!? They send several text messages asking you to come get your prescriptions then they don’t give you everything. I called to ask them to please double check to make sure they have given you everything and they hang up on me. Thanks for nothing Beverly. Your customer service skills need to be improved. These people need to get their act together or they need to be fired.

We got our covid booster today. It was a very good experience checking in online. The young man that gave us our shots was very pleasant. We were in and out in just minutes.

Annoyed the pharmacy closes so early. People that work during the day to evening cannot get their scripts due to very limited hours on weekends. Open until 10 pm on weekdays, but close so early on the weekends?

I came an hour before close with 3 news prescriptions and Matthew was able to get my prescription filled and ready in less than 30 minutes. He was kind, patient and courteous. The best! Thanks Matthew!

This is the dirtiest CVS. They never wipe anything down, and the checkout pads are covered in grime. There’s no way I’d trust these same people to be clean enough to vaccinate me. I was appalled at the layer of dirt around the pharmacy. I mentioned it to the manager but apparently cleaning is not the pharmacy’s problem. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m gonna switch my business to Walmart. This place gives me the ick, gross.

I am done with this place. My doctor sends a prescriptions here And they don’t fill it unless you call first or they don’t have it. I guess they don’t keep up with inventory and order it, instead they run out and we suffer.

I had some issues with my pictures and Edward was awesome helping me out! Super kind and friendly will definitely come back to this location!

Don't give these people your phone number. They will text you repeatedly. Replying with no doesn't work, replying with stop will get the texts to stop. Thats when these people start Robo calling you. When you tell them to stop they refer you to their 800 number so you can waste more of your time to not be bothered by them. Personally I think the costs of a smaller independant pharmacy is worth not being harassed by these guys. All care Pharmacy in Midlothian is so much better and nicer. They call to notify you also, but not a robot, a person. Imagine that, while I'm wasting an estimated 15 minute wait time to get on a do not call list from ROBO PHARMACY.

Pharmacy never has meds. Never answers the phone about meds. Slow as molasses even if they are stocked.

I always use this pharmacy all of the sudden today the pharmacist had an attitude and couldn’t help me find my insurance. And then I check with my insurance and should be covered. Hire better personal please!
