Drug Store CVS reviews
15I had 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru and it took a minimum of 15min per car. BTW. Not to be petty but the window at the drive thru was so dirty that you could barely see the person waiting on you. Come on people show some pride in your work.
I always have a great experience at this CVS location. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and considerate of my personal needs. Leslie in the pharmacy is always such a joy and has grown to be such an asset to my experience there. I can understand that being a 24 hour pharmacy with thousands of customers (whom believe their prescriptions are more important than anyone else’s) can create a stressful environment, but despite that everyone there are always in good spirits. I certainly appreciate everyone at that location and what they do
If you roll up to the drive thru to pick up your order and no cars are in front of you, at least bring provisions like food and water. If there is at least one car in front of you, make sure you have a full tank of gas, a sleeping bag and pillow, and food and water for you and your passengers. You might consider firewood in case you need to cook. This is by far THE slowest drive thru pick up line in DFW. And when you make a comment about how slow it is or ask “hello? ” At the window they get testy and irritated as if YOU are the problem.
The service is fabulous but the amount of time it takes to be given your medication is out of hand. I don’t think I should have to sit in a line for 30 minutes with one 1-2 car (s) /person (s) in front of me. Other than that everything is amazing.
The drive thru for the pharmacy is terrible.its shouldn't take an hour when only 2 people are in line
Best CVS Pharmacy by far. I was in need a prescription that was delayed by my normal mail order service because of poor customer service and they went above and beyond to ensure I had my medication by the time I left work! The pharmacist even called me back to let me know he was working hard to help and get the script transferred, and the techs finished the rest. Keep up the good work!
Seriously one of the worst phone customer service of any pharmacy around.
Been with this CVS for about 5 years and you might never, ever get them on the phone. Only the strongest well survive. Meaning how long can you possibly be put on hold? The answer.hours.
Then don't even try the drive thru. Always always an incredibly long wait.
Called this location (from Cleburne Tx) to see if the doctors office had sent script to correct location. I was on hold for 17 min and 45 sec before the pharmacist answered, by that time I was pulling in the driveway of the location at 100 SW Wilshire blvd. Two of the scripts were ready, they other they were out of, but agreed to transfer it back to the Cleburne store. I have never had to wait this long to speak to a pharmacist at Cleburne. I realize the Burleson location is a 24Hr store, that does NOT justify the wait.
I love this CVS out of the both in Burleson. Their pharmacy employees are the sweetest! Yes the line to wait for medicine is ridiculous but it’s because they are short staffed.
The pharmacy don’t answer the phone. And the drive through is so slow it doesn’t matter the day or time you go except to be in line for at least15 to 20 minutes every time
Went there for a vaccination shot for 8 o’clock appointment. Arrived at 7: 45. Pharmacist said it would be just one minute after he helped someone in the drive-through. It was 830 before received the vaccination. We had ask another pharmacist to assist.
No exaggeration, I’ve gone three times, and they gave me the wrong drug and/or the wrong amount literally all three times.
Take warning from the sheer quantity of reviews: the pharmacist and his staff aren’t terrible on off hours —they’re terrible *all* hours
Save your time (and probably get the correct meds) and just use Walgreens, H-E-B, or Kroger
Why can’t this pharmacy get extra help. I have been in line for 25 minutes and there are three people ahead of me. One car has taken over ten minutes. I do not recommend that anyone leave a prescription here. I will be changing mine. I see why the reviews are mostly one star.
Worst pharmacy ever. If you actually need your meds don't get them filled here. The Dr sends the script and they don't fill It have to physically go up there to sit in line for 30 min to an hour to tell them to fill it then wait another day for them to do it. Don't even try to call unless you have an hour to wait on hold. My husband had the same meds filled every month and every month something happened. I've even gotten messages saying it's ready and when I get there to pick up not ready not even being worked on. Idk what they're doing there but it ain't their job
Worst pharmacy experience ever. My son was extremely ill. We endured 3 days of countless phone calls and visits to this CVS. They never answer the phone. I had to go in person multiple times to check because the automated prescription phone line is not correct. I was always so patient and polite and the workers were extremely rude to me. Please save yourself and don’t get your prescriptions here.
