Not a bad place with friendly people. However the owner doesn't care about upkeep. There's a nasty splatter of BBQ sauce on the pharmacy window for a couple weeks now.

The pharmacy is Absolutely Terrible. When I call to speak with someone they do the ol leave you on hold forever and then disconnect. It's so frustrating because all they want you to do is go online but I need to speak to a real person about my moms medication. Two days in a row now I've been trying.

Checkout was fine. But I returned within 45 minutes to exchange or refund, and was told I could not do that for my purchase. Which would of been fine IF I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM. And mind you, it's 85 dollars.nSo I am very disappointed that was not disclosed to me. I would of made sure that I had the correct product then. I purchased N30i, my mistake is mine is P30i. Regugarless, I should if been made aware that NO Return for that purchase.

My doctor sent the prescription here, I go pick it up, they said it needed a prior authorization, I said how? I'm barely going to provide you with my new insurance? Pharmacy lady walks to the back & gets new Pharmacy information, says, you still need a prior Authorization, I said with the new insurance l? She said yes. A week later, they said is not ready. 2 weeks later I tell the girl, is been 2 weeks! She said she put in another request from my doctor. (I called the dr to let them know) ANOTHER
WEEK, passes I call the dr and the pharmacy, and the doctor states the pharmacy NEEDS my insurance information, I had provided that weeks later, wich tells me it was NEVER taken care of is been over a month, and is not the doctor, is the incompetent pharmacy staff. They lie to get rid of you, they have a bad attitude, they won't even hear you out.

The folks do not what to help you. They Eyeroll, gossip and send you back and forth between pharmacy for a payment. Very poor experience

The prices are getting higher and the deals aren’t as good as it was two months ago. Even the CRT‘s aren’t as good as the extra bucks that are given back aren’t as good as well. I have three CVS accounts and now I’m barely using one because of the deals.

They’re not even busy but struggle to answer the phone. You can call every day at every hour the people up there are trash, horrible pharmacist. Find a new job

I left home in Florida with out my medicine and Margie at this CVS store helped me get my medication for my vacation! Margie stayed on the phone to help me get the best location to pick it up and made sure it was filled for me.
Now She knows what customer service is!

Pharmacy staff are very helpful and work our pharm needs very conscientiously despite being a very busy store. I am very impressed when pharmacist remembers my name. He even stayed late one day to help me with re-billing a product for my daughter. That was for sure going the extra mile. All the pharmacy techs are also great representatives.

Sold us an expired item and then told us they could not return it.then the manager Rae went and took the other items which were all expired off the shelf.this place is a joke and I plan on calling the health department for them selling expired items.and going to the BBBas well

Employees are friendly and ready to serve at the register. Almost 5 stars. Not thrilled with having to use the pen for card transactions, might wanna update. Call me spoiled

I’d give it a zero if I could honesty. After having surgery leaving me with an open wound, my prescription was sent here. My husband went to pick it up and they kept telling him that there was no prescription for me and nothing was ever sent. I called my surgeon to let her know and they attempted to contact the pharmacy. After an hour of my husband waiting they FINALLY told my surgeon that they did receive the prescription but my medicine was on back order and they couldn’t fill it. My surgeon asked them “well did you tell my patient and her husband that? ” THEY LIED and said yes. When I asked them why they lied they tried to come up with some excuse. First and last time trying to go here and from the looks of it, they do this often. Yikes. Sent me prescription to the local Walgreens, had the medicine in 10 minutes.

Never received a text stating my meds were ready called they said they were ready came to pick up and they had been put back so I was gonna have to come back. Slow service rude associates.

I am a physician. This pharmacy was rude to both me and patient. And refused to fill her script. I sent to another pharmacy. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO HERE. THIS IS A VERY TOXIC PLACE

I see why this CVS has a 2.3 if I could give it a 0. Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone called twice because the first hold over 37 minutes. Second hold I just gave up after 15 minutes. All I wanted to do was check on a status. Finally drove up there and their waiting on a call from my PCP like you can call me too I’ll make a phone call as well. Teamwork but not here. Take it elsewhere

I can confirm that this store has a smell that is comparable to walking into a pet store. I can't describe what I am smelling, but it is pungent and has been an issue for months now. I don't know how the employees can stand it having to smell it for so long.
