Drug Store CVS reviews
6I was standing by the photo department waiting to ask the two workers there a question. They were talking so I waiting patiently. They kept looking at me but kept talking. Another lady walked up to the register and she immediately got asked if she needed help. The customer service here sucks! That is all!
If it would let me rate without stars I totally would. I pay monthly to GoodRx gold and they had a discount on my prescription that I was picking up. Gave the pharmacist the info showed them the coupon and it was $10 more than the coupon. They said they do not match what the coupon says. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Worst customer service I've ever had!
Really appreciate Natalia and all her help with the photo shop! She was patient and kind when my photos were not printing correctly and helped me solve the issues.
Shopping for makeup and went to Ulta first and then Sally’s, not finding what I was looking for. So I went to CVS and Natalia was incredibly helpful! Not only did she show me products that she liked but saved me lots of money on the CVS app! I will definitely return to this store! Kudos to Natalia!
Not a fan of their attitudes. The 5 times I’ve gone I’ve encountered very rude attitudes from the employees at the pharmacy. If you don’t enjoy your job or career please look for a different place to work at. All you have to do is be polite and courteous, all we are asking for is for medication and that’s it. I’ve also encountered many times they say they have prescriptions ready so I go and only for them to say that I will need to wait a few more hours. Please be honest and courteous. Treat others how you would like to be treated.
I would give them a negative one if I could. They will text that a medication is ready and then when you go to pick it up it’s not. Call the next day and it’s still not ready. This happens repeatedly.
