If you have a prescription to pick up, make sure you take off work that day. You will be waiting. Literally the worst CVS ever.

The pharmacy drive thru is always closed. They have 3 different notes taped to the window. One saying the call phone at drive through doesn't work but it sure will tell you somebody will be right with you. Always short staffed they claim yet they have both registers going. It's always something. They need to fix the issue. Then they never get a prescription billed right when insurance covers the prescription and has for over 10 years! Get it together already!

The drive thru being closed due to being short staffed is the icing on the cake. Now I get the pleasure of standing inside for 17 minutes. Customer service has gone out the window here.

A very sad display of incompetence and overall bad attitude of tech regarding Their mistake on my prescription.
On a brighter note - Brenda who has been at the Red Oak location went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The other employees should follow her example of how you’re supposed to treat customers.
I moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of poor service.
I’m literally stuck with CVS because of the deal my insurance Aetna has with CVS for my maintenance prescriptions.
I will be contacting Aetna and look into mail order. I’m just tired of the same incompetence and bad attitudes with some of the front cashiers.

Horrible customer service. Argues with customers. Even when a customer declined they insisted on arguing to get there on way and it wasn’t anything that involved store policy.

Drug Store Review - Employees generally short and rude to my retired veterian parents. On top of that, they've told us multiple times, "that'll be ready by "X"pm this afternoon" and isnt for another 3 hrs after the told time. So my elderly parent with hip and back surgeries get to wait in the car for no reason For the meds they require. The digital/phone system always tells patients different information than what is actually in play with the pharmacy staff (example: "we don't have that Rx here" - digital voice, but when you speak to a person they do have it and it's just no were near getting started. You often get the question "Would you like us to start on that" (um, yeah, that's why we sent it.) - like the rx sitting on the manager's desk waiting for a postal stamp from the president of CVS or something to get started.

I usually give alot of grace to pharmacys. Rough job and its non-stop. They should be given a wide allowance due to the task/job. But at somepoint, you have to stop, clean house, and right the ship. All in all this place is a mess and should be avoided whenever possible.

The lady in the pharmacy is soo rude, I don't know if it was a language barrier or what but she is rude, I'll take my business right too another Cvs.

I just can't believe CVS as much money as I spend in here. I won't be stepping foot back in here. Throw the whole CVS away all the employees need to go first.

Horrible Pharmacy! They Lie about everything or make it up as they go! I've received misinformation from this place too many times now.
I'm so sick of this place. The attitudes of the people cashing you out. The lady in Pharmacy sneaking to record customers in line. Corporate needs to come in and address all of these issues. I don't know if they're understaffed or if there's another problem. But this is ridiculous!

Waiting for pharmacy to open. Posted hours online 24hrs. The store window has 9am to 9pm, Sat & Sun. Waited til 0945, then left. Disappointed and upset. People need meds after an ER visit.

Had a wonderful experience at CVS in red Oak at 105 Harris Ave. From the moment I walked in the young lady behind the register name Damian went above and beyond she met and exceeded my expectations. I had questions she had the answers she knew everything about that store and how it operated if I needed the location of an item she walked me to it only go to this island look took me to the aisle and showed me exactly what I needed. I don’t know why she is not in charge of that store but she definitely should be. Because I have shopped there several times, and I have never been treated with such respect and kindness. Damian, you are the best.

CVS Red Oak Pharmancy for me is very good and had great friendly service. Additionally the CVS Red Oak Pharmancy almost always answers their phone quickly. My experience with another CVS Pharmacy in another nearby town has been terrible.

This review is totally focused on my visit to the Pharmacy. The actual CVS store is great enough. But, today was very disappointing at the Pharmacy.

So, I left my dentist after having the 1st part of a dental implant: They drill a hole in your jaw and put a screw in it. So, I was numb still when I initially got to CVS pharmacy but they didn't see anything in the system yet from my dentist. I don't live far so I went home and came back about 30 mins later and stood in line for about 15 mins until I get to the register. The young man tells me they can have my 2 scripts filled in 15 mins but as I about to turn to go take a seat, his female coworker who is on the next register beside him tells him that I will have to come back at 2pm after they take their 30 min lunch break. (So, at lunch break- nothing gets done (No signs posted about it that I can remember either) Anyway, I am worried because the numbness is starting to wear off and I wanted to take the prescribed pain meds and antibiotic right away. I say to the guy and his lacking in customer service co-worker, "But, I need it". (Won't say her name-not worth it) His co-worker replies, "You're gonna have to come back at 2. We go to lunch from 1: 30 to 2. " Now, It's 8 mins to 1: 30.

The bright spot was the pharmacist, Matt who apparently overheard the conversation and he probably noticed the dissatisfied and disappointed look on my face.well, he asks what am I getting filled and then he says that he would take care of it. And he did. I am so grateful to him for that. And thanked him.

I give him 10 stars. The guy at the register would get 5 stars. The lady at the register would get a goose egg. The pharmacy is busy, I get that.but, other busy places still have a system in place that keeps things running while lunch break happens because everyone takes lunch at different times and not as a group. Because this pharmacy shuts off a block of time to it's customers and some employees show that they really don't care how important it is for a customer who has been standing patiently in line for a much needed medication is why I rated this pharmacy today, 1 star.

The minute clinic- The nurse practitioner Tammy Fluker has the worst bedside manner. She was so rude and unhelpful.
