CVS, Irving TX

Front store is supposed to open at 7am. It is currently 7: 24 and it's still not open. Drove all the way here for nothing

The whole Pharmacy Team, work so well together. Sam is the Pharmacist, and he is so professional, his staff as well. I moved about one year ago, out of the area, but I continue to use this CVS, because they work hard and they are very nice. I am also a business owner, I have my staff treat our clients with kindness and respect, we are all going through difficult times.

The Hispanic girl in the register is extremely rude. Her English is limited and it’s hard to understand her. She needs to learn basic English

Friendly clean and fast. Self checkout. Not a busy spot so it's a quick errand the times that I been.

Really, this pharmacy should be closed, a disgusting service, they never have staff and when there are store cashiers, they take longer than a doctor's consultation or they don't have the medicines, they keep the prescriptions and they don't deliver them so you look for another option.

Employees in this cvs is extremely helpful compare to other cvs I have ever been too. Yomi helped me find lots of items and helped me for quick checkout too. Love their service.

This store is the best in this area, it may be clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and cooperative.

Store is very clean. Everyone is very welcoming. Guy named Edgar greeted me while I walk-in and helped to find so many products around. He was very professional and helpful everytime I visit. Other than that whole store is very well stocked and clean. I am very happy with services they provided.

Kacy the pharmacist is amazing. She went beyond what she supposed to do for my old man and I really truly appreciate it!

If I can give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. My child is sick and needed his medicines and the lady at the drive thru told us to come back in an hour. We came back after 2 hrs and the medicine is still not ready. We came back at the end of the day and Waited 45 mins in line only to find out that the medicine is out of stock and we were told to go to another CVS pharmacy. At this point, most CVS pharmacies are already closing soon or closed.if only the lady had checked before making us come back 2 more times and waste a whole day.it is an antibiotic and needs to be started ASAP. This is a serious safety issue that could have escalated to a life-threatening scenario. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

Why do you have a drive through if you’re going to be busy with inside customers? 10 mins wait, no service.

Prices can be a little high for things but It is a convenient location and the employees are helpful.

Uzma was wonderful. My experience was excellent, and i highly applaud Uzma for her great customer service skills. She helped me get my carepass set up and even got me a $10 credit. Thanks for looking out Uzma

The staff just stare at you as if you are lost. There is no assistance. The pharmacy staff is great though. They help you out.

I recently started shopping here at the Walnut Hill location. I was trying to learn how to use the digital coupons program and the app and wotnot. I spoke to Uzma about it and she was so helpful to me. So helpful! Very kind and very patient. She answered all my questions (some more than once) and just went above and beyond the call of duty! Still every time I come into the store she is so friendly and helpful. I wish all the employees had a terrific attitude like hers! Also, she explained the carepass program to me and I bought the yearly subscription. So now I get $10 to spend on merchandise each month for $4. I think that is a pretty good deal!

People who work here have no mannners. Very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Never ever going to this CVS in my life.

Will never visit again. Did a Covid test and was told my results would be delivered within a few hours. I call the next day to ask what happened and I need my results for my employer. They finally uploaded them while we were on the phone. Why should your customers have to call?
