Drug Store CVS reviews
14Save yourself some time and find another pharmacy that will provide customer service. This facility continuously fails to deliver on-time. The staff is not pleasant and welcoming and please ensure you check your medications for accuracy. Apparently they have had temporary pharmacists in this location over some time which has caused a lot of medication mistakes (issuing wrong medication). We all deserve better quality of service. Be forewarned.
Absolutely the worst customer “No-Svc” around!
When they say they have to order your Rx, they’ll let you know when its in and you never hear another word from them. THEN after waiting 2wks! You go back in (because no one picks up the phone if you call) they give you more run-around saying it’ll be another hour before its ready, come back later!
They just can’t understand why your frustrated? Geez people.
So I finally had enough, I changed all my prescriptions over to another CVS location and it wasn't much better there I then moved everything to Kroger and while one or two prescriptions are a little more expensive the customer service is 100 times better this particular location they never answer the phone My mom refuses to move her prescriptions over and I've been on the whole with them for almost 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy They told us yesterday that her Xanax and a couple other medications that she needs and absolutely has to have will be ready at 8: 00 last night today they're telling us that they won't be there or ready till tomorrow everyone knows that when you stop taking Xanax like that you can have a seizure The pharmacist tech that work there should know that if they don't know that they shouldn't be working in pharmacy. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever seen. The pharmacy's terrible long waits never answer the phone You can't get anything done it's horrible. I will convince my mom to move her prescriptions over to another pharmacy and if she won't do it I'll do it myself and just pick her prescriptions up for and she'll never know. That's how serious it is that's how terrible this place is it's unbelievable. I don't just leave bad reviews either I leave probably 80% or more of my reviews are positive because I believe in giving good feedback but also believe in when you're incompetent and lazy and you can't do your job I believe that that should be reviewed as well. If I could give negative stars I would give them negative 5 stars unfortunately Google will not allow us to do that so we're forced to give them at least one star which they do not deserve.
I used to hate this CVS as service was horrible and Pharmacy people were almost contemptuous. So since I gave those bad reviews before I thought it only fair that now I give them an EXCELLENT review. Although the bar was very low before, CVS has clearly done a lot to improve it. Store employees are friendly, helpful, competent and now I can usually check out with a cashier vs.a kiosk that has glitches and no one to help. Sorry for long review, but I can recommend them now. I haven’t used pharmacy so unsure if they have improved.
The woman at the window, an older Indian woman, was very rude to my wife. My wife was picking up a prescription for our puppy and didn't know if it was under my name or her name or the dog's name. The woman treated my wife like she was taking up too much of her time and was rushing her by waving her hand around to get my wife to talk faster and being very short with her. I understand if she was having a bad day, but after reading reviews, it appears this is a regular thing.
Worst customer service ever. Went to get my prescription and Sara was the lady at the drive thru. What a nasty attitude. It’s obvious that she don’t wanna be here. And passing her negativity to everyone. I will never use any services from cvs. At least at Walgreens they smile at you.
Update - my receipt says Corine assisted me. What does that tell me that the lady knew she was giving poor customer service, and even gave me a fake name to protect herself. This place is a joke
One of the worst and slowest pharmacies in Texas. I would recommend anyone going here to go somewhere else.
Got what we needed however had to play phone tag and yall need better customer service training
This isn’t the worst cvs I’ve been to but quite possibly the worst store I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with.
Every single employee I come in contact with at this location is absolutely horrible.
If they didn’t care, it would be an improvement from whatever level of disinterest they display.
For clarity, I’m writing about the pharmacy. It makes Walmart look like a nice hometown pharmacy.
Disgraceful.
Every time I have a prescription sent to this location the medication is out of stock. I ALWAYS have to call and wait on hold and then wait for them to transfer it to another location. Ridiculous.
Took prescription- was told ready in two hours and they would call. 4.5 hours later and no call. Called pharmacy to check status and placed on hold- waiting over 15 minutes and no one answered. Poor service. We’ll be transferring to another pharmacy.
The pharmacy staff never answers he phone. They are ALWAYS out of stock on multiple prescriptions! So annoying. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the pain.
Never has brand medication, It takes them an eternity to get them. The pharmacist and assistant are usually not proactive. It’s a kind of no my problem attitude.
Though CVS has a walk in policy for FLU shots, this one doesn't (at least that's what they told me after doing a walk-in).
