15Don't make the mistake of using CVS Pharmacy. They are invasive. They will harass you and your doctor to come back. This location, in particular, is rude.

This visit to CVS in Haslet Tx was just awesome. Robert and Alex were very helpful and I was 100% pleased with their help.
I was greet with friendly employees and ask if I needed help finding anything. My shopping experience was smooth and fun. Ralph the store manager made my shopping easy and enjoyable.
My shopping at CVS today was very convenient. I was able to easily find the item I needed. My checkout at the counter was very quick. The cashier was very friendly and courteous.
My overall view about this CVS is that its' services are above average, but I do agree with some reviews that sometimes they delay in delivering the order. For me living in Haslet, this pharmacy store is in an approachable distance.
I wish I had zero stars to give! Worse CVS experience ever in entire Country I feel. If you cannot provide fast services in drive-thru, please close the drive thru! An honent opinion. Everytime when I come here to pick up my medicines, the wait time is limitless.people behind my back are just returning nonstop because they don't serve us here.not sure if customer service here at window playing video games, having lunch 24.7 or doing what or they cannot find the right medicines.but how come it happens to every single customer? I can understand some prescription might take time, but I have been observing every car that nears the window, the people inside are taking more than 20 mins serving every other car. I have been here 3rd in queue and waited 48 mins as always! This is ridiculous! Hope the management here fixes things soon so that drive thru stays drive thru and functions like drive thru like every other CVS!

Absolute worst Pharmacy ever! So tired of them holding RX without any notice and then not filling them when they are supposed to be filled. I have yet to find a CVS that has even mediocre customer service. I wish I didn’t have to deal with them at all. I hate that I have to come down therein person every single time to get it straight!
Don't bother using the pharmacy. Never have medication ready. The drive thru takes 45 minutes on average.
Avoid the short potato looking manager with the blue hair. She is very rude. Everyone else at this store has always been great!
We went in to get vaccinations. The pharmacist was great! She was very gentle and quick with our shots. We appreciated everyone’s friendliness and helpfulness!
The Pharmacy Manager at this location was OUTSTANDING! She gave me three different shots and I did feel it at all. So Gentle!

The slowest pharmacy in the whole wide world. I’d rather get my maintenance medicines from other state, or than to wait for their service. It takes 30 mins for them to answer their phone call, then they’ll put you on hold for another 30 mins more. I drove to their store and their is huge line of cars waiting to be served in their drive-thru. Don’t send your prescription s to this pharmacy, take your business somewhere else. They are not worth your time.
I am reliant on cvs to fill a prescription that I need to live. It is a constant battle to get help in filling this prescription. I have been told they dont have time to help me and hung up on. They constantly give me conflicting information and incorrect information when trying to fill prescriptions. They are rude when taking calls for even the most basic tasks and questions. Often taking multiple calls or trips to complete an order. I wouldn't mind the process in getting everything approved, if anyone acted like they cared or wanted to fill my pharmacy order. If i had any other option i would never use them again.
