CVS, Heath TX

Fantastic experience with the photo center. The gentleman at the front counter was awesome. While he was assisting us, a couple was walking out the door from the self checkout and the alarm went off. An elderly female employee walked over to them and nicely asked for them to come to the counter I assume to scan the tag to whatever was setting the alarm off.

Here comes big unprofessional, condescending, poor excuse for a store manager, Jeff. He yelled at the older female employee "What are you doing? You're wasting their time! You already checked the receipt. You know they paid for it. You're wasting their time" in the poorest excuse of leadership I've ever witnessed. The couple even told him he was completely out of line for the way he spoke to her. Did he apologize? Of course not!

It was our first time here. As long as Jeff is working here, we will never be back. What a pathetic example of a leader. That poor female employee should file a hostile work environment lawsuit against Jeff and CVS for allowing Jeff into any type of managerial role.

Not the biggest fan of this CVS on Heath much less on Horizon but Dr. Sent medication to wrong location. Called and spoke to Alex very sweet lady answered all my questions & kept me together from being frustrated on the phone with the other location. Deserves a raise and Starbucks!

I've been going to this CVS since it opened. They are courteous and helpful. I drive across town to get great service.

This pharmacy is night and day compared to the Rockwall and Royse City locations. You are able to reach someone on the phone almost immediately, avoid long lines and the pharmacist is always available should you have any questions or concerns.

Just dropped off my prescriptions and was told to come back in an hour. We came back and they claim my prescription wasn’t there! Been waiting at the drive through window over an hour. They can’t even get my last name right!
