CVS, Rockwall TX

Customer service in the Pharmacy is not great. Untrustworthy. I recommend using Walmart Pharmacy versus CVS.

The low stars can’t be for the minute clinic. I come here at least 2-3X a year. I always have a great interaction, not just here but any minute clinic! I love them. It makes Dr visits affordable.

Great store. Easy access from Goliad or Quail run. Very friendly and helpful people. Pharmacy is great. Very client focused.

Jallison Gutierrez is a great Lead Tech! She is quick, knowledgeable and most friendly. Clean pharmacy! Rita will always help if she can.

If I could give this store a zero star I would. I was heading into the store with my two kids and I see I guess the manager yelling at this guy in the parking lot as he was working.

So unprofessional, they were cursing and yelling and the worker was just standing there. My children are 3 and 4 and does not need to hear that kind of language. I will NEVER come back to this CVS again.

I would like to thank Johnny at CVS Pharmacy store in Goliat St Rockwall, TX. He was above and beyond of duty explaining me how the care pass works. Thank you Johnny, you really help me and took the time to explain how the program works and have saved lots of money using the bucks money. Appreciate it!

Pharmacy is awful. They do not verify insurance and send you away. Terrible customer service.

Very impressed with the service I received yesterday. Many times going to the pharmacy isn't a pleasant experience. I dropped off a prescription yesterday and was told it would be ready later in the day. I explained I was going to wait. The nice gentleman put a note about the status. I decided to go get some coffee while I'm waiting. I had just pulled out of the parking lot and received a text notifying me that my prescription was ready. Wow! Thanks for the considerate care that is rare these days.

So per my insurance I was required to use CVS and this location was the closest. I have used this location for over 3yrs and have had issues. 2 examples 1st was one time I went to pick up and was told the pharmacy was closed because the pharmacist was MIA and they where trying to get one over to this location. 2nd I called this week to provide new insurance info because I saw my cost for generic was over $1,200. When I asked can we run it, I was told bring your card and we can run it. We'll of the cost is till crazy I don't want to go get it. So unhelpful and they hung up so fast I couldn't ask any other questions. Thankfully I have the new insurance can change to new pharmacy.

The pharmacy was so helpful getting my daughter's prescription transferred out of state when we forgot her medicine on a trip. They made it quick and easy!
