Drug Store CVS reviews
13They closed out registers before closing time. They didnt attempt to accomodate patrons event though the store is still open. Precounting makes sense if its a slow night or closing all but one register. Doesnt make sense to have registers closed before store is closed
Was trying to pick up my prescriptions. I had a plane to catch pharmacy told me prescription will be ready that night before that morning 8 o’clock I’m still waiting it sad it really is.
My wife was just out of surgery and she needs pain medication to manage the severe pain. They are out of stock in all pharmacies around the area, but the lady (sorry I didn't catch her name in my hurry) went out of her way to help me get whatever stock they have and ordered new ones. So my wife was able to get the medication in time and no interruptions in between her prescription. The staff at the pharmacy are always helpful and friendly, I am truly grateful for the excellent experience!
I must confess.the drive through has improved 95%! It used to be a nightmare. I mean. I could leave my car in the drive through and go inside and shop. But.the wait time for drive through is better than some of the others! Keep up the good work
I wish I could give zero stars when I walked in no one was in the front after looking around I found a white male by the makeup and asked him if he could assist me he acted like he couldn’t talk. I repeated what I said then again and he just looked no help at all I went and found the item myself. I came up to the checkout and it was restricted I waited 10 minutes for the white male to come back so unprofessional and when I asked what took so long he just stuttered I’ve seen him in the front before I come in a lot and everyone is helpful. He has horrible customer service and needs to be fired.
I was in the drive thru for 30 min. When I finally got up there they rolled the window down and said its our lunch time and walked away. There were 7 people in line. They should put a sign out there way before you get to the window so we know and wouldn't sit there all that time. They're very rude people working there. Just as bad as Walgreens will need to look for something else.
Not even worth one star waited for a Rx for almost two hours for them to say oh I’m really sorry but it won’t be ready for two more days because they forgot to order the medication to fill the prescription! While I was there waiting!
Twice I have arrived only for them to tell me “We can’t fill it here. ” Like geez you couldn’t have called me beforehand when you got the script from my Dr? I need tamiflu for my three kids TODAY. When they are good they are great, but I am switching pharmacies because they are too unreliable.
Poor service and long wait times for medications. This seems to be the normal for CVS now! I will be transferring to another provider.
I feel this CVS is much better than others. I am not fond of the self check out only, but the pharmacy has always been great to me.
I was surprised to see the low rating for this pharmacy. I have been using them for close to 5 years and they have always been prompt, accurate and polite to me. They are usually very friendly and helpful.
Why does the whole pharmacy close for lunch? Why doesn't it work like regular places where some staff is still working. How inconvenient to come here and it be closed in the middle of the day!
10 people in line for self check out! No register was open. CVS is saving $100k a year per store (ballpark figure) probably nationwide by not manning a register. Having customers do it there self. I was not trained on a register like your employee so is CVS going to pass savings on to me for doing it myself! Does the cost of saving money on not hiring a person to work a register off-set the customers you lose to walgreens because we can't get it help when we need it. WALGREENS all the way!
