Usually when I come everyone is so helpful, nice, welcoming … especially in the pharmacy but not tonight…. I was helped by Emily and she was dry, rude, didn’t respond when greeted … I was purchasing a few things with my Prescrition and she rang it up, I asked what was the copay for my medicine she didn’t even respond to the question…. Very poor service tonight

This is the second time I’ve dealt with extremely rude staff. The first time was in person. Very hateful tone in her voice. 2nd time was on the phone tonight, Tuesday Aug. 29th at about 8: 18 pm. I believe it was the same lady. She sounded very annoyed and was no help at all. It costs NO MONEY to just be NICE!

Well, CVS failed again. Went to have a prescription transferred and they waited so long to call that the other pharmacy was closed. I don't know why I even bother. Just go somewhere else.

A quick service store to buy things for your heath, hunger, and home. Helpful service and easy check out. I will say though the receipt lengths are a little too much sometimes.

This place is a joke. Pharmacy staff is RUDE and incredibly unhelpful. The incompetence is mind-boggling. They say they don’t have you scripts then when you do all the extra work to prove they have them suddenly they’ve found them and claim that they never told you they didn’t have them. I have ZERO idea how they stay in business. CVS should’ve closed this place a decade ago because it’s always been like this. They need completely new pharmacy staff and manager ASAP

The pharmacist running the drive thru today 4/24/2023 around 4: 30pm was very cold and unpleasant to talk to. Comes off like you’re bothering her for being there. She doesn’t make eye contact or give change back when paying cash. I had to go inside to receive my money. Once I was inside she wouldn’t even look my way or apologize for what she did or the inconvenience she caused for me to have to come inside. What should of been an easy drive thru pick up turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating situation.

This CVS (off of Repsdorph) is in our neighborhood so it’s convenient HOWEVER…the pharmacy is a completely different story.

A while back we reserved the maximum amount of test kits that we can have through our Insurance for Covid. A day later I picked them up and a pharmacist representative there said that they no longer have them as they needed to give them out on a first come first serve basis. Hmm that’s not what it said on your website.

Went back online to see who had them in stock, drove to another CVS off of Nasa where they were super helpful and polite. She told me the cost because CVS (Repsdorph) had charged or sent the claim to my Insurance. WHAT!? !? You are going to save these kits for me and submit a claim to my Insurance while giving the kits I reserved to someone else!? !

Needless to say the ladies at the CVS Nasa DID NOT send me away but instead called Repsdorph CVS to have them fix it on their end so that they can give me the kits.

What a cluster F&€k!

I guess I should’ve picked up on the pharmacist and helpers love or lack there of for their job when I walk in and say good morning and don’t get a response.

CVS Repsdorph, do better.

Regularly rude pharmacy staff, who don’t care about their line of work or the people that need their help. Mostly 20 y/olds behind the counter with a snarky attitude towards disabled people.

2 stars from me because today I couldn’t believe that they closed their doors at 1: 27pm when their lunch is at 1: 30 and all I needed was to pay for my prescription which would have taken a minute! A business should never close before the actual closing time

By far the worse Pharmacy EVER! The staff is rude and unwilling to communicate delays or insurance issues. My son has ADHD and takes medication. The prescription was sent in on 1/4 and still hasn't been filled. The medication is in stock and insurance authorization has been provided. The manager is useless. This is the second time I've had issues with this pharmacy. Last time my children had COVID and the pharmacist refused to fill their COVID prescriptions because it doesn't "fit within the company's ethical policy". So now CVS decides what medication will be filled for customers indifferent of what the medical professional prescribe. This place is a joke and should be boycotted.

People working in the pharmacy are not very helpful. They look annoyed when you ask for a consult and keep you waiting when the store is dead.

The Seabrook location has been my go to pharmacy for several years. Carol and Cynthia are outstanding. There are days these ladies have worked open to close, they are always friendly, very professional and willing to help.
Hats off to both of you as well as all pharmacy technicians - Thank you.

Recently moved here and don’t have a primary care doctor. I’ve been fighting soar throat for 4 days. I decided I would go to the clinic inside CVS. Called and scheduled my appointment. I informed them that I would be paying cash. No problem! I get there wait and finally it’s my turn. They do a Strep test it’s negative and can issue no medication without a positive test result. $184 later I’m sent out the door with the same issues I’m having and no answers. To say I was livid is an understatement! I ended up at the ER to get medication and treatment. Save your money and time and DO NOT go here! Oh, even the person seeing me stated she would only be there for another month because she herself did not find what their policies started were morally or ethically right!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR VACCINE. The pharmacist here injected my daughter with the incorrect dose for her COVID booster shot on 10/31/2022 avoid this location at all costs.

HORRIBLE! I am calling form a doctors office to call in a couple prescriptions and they answer stating they are at lunch and have no voicemail call back in 2 hrs. Terrible service! Not my first time with this type of experience

The pharmacy is so slow. The doctor called it in in the morning from the hospital. And here we are waiting. I think if someone is coming out of a hospital siduation should get the prescription on time. If you got one prescription ready.why would you need another 30
