Pharmacy staff, including pharmacists are rude and not customer service oriented. Never experienced this type of behavior from people who are medically trained professionals. Several times this pharmacy has said they didn’t receive scripts from different medical professionals. The electronic process had to be repeated.

Will drive out of my way to shop at the CVS in Belton! Awesome staff; never seem to be disappointed.

“0” STARS! As a medical professional, it is frustrating to know that people are going through hassles to get medication. This is probably one of the reasons why people fail to take them. My daughter needed meds for her ear infection and was told by CVS that she didn’t have insurance coverage and was offered the discount card price of $140. She in fact had insurance and after waiting over an hour, went next door to H‑E‑B and got her meds under insurance for $10. I then called CVS to let them know that they may have a glitch in the system and they didn’t seem to want to listen. Later found out it was due to my address not being updated in the system. Ok fine but a few days later a medication that I was told was on order never arrived I waited a whole week and still nothing. They said another store had it in another city and that they were going to send it there. I drove to the other store only to be told that they did not have the medicine available and that this CVS was told that. I NEVER GOT A CALL to tell me this and waited again wasting time and gas! I just moved all my meds to H‑E‑B and was able to get my medicine on that day. Then when H‑E‑B requested my profile, CVS FAILED TO GIVE THEM ALL MY MEDS! They sent meds I wasn’t taking vs the ones I regularly fill. They need more training and need to learn how to listen to the customers. Stay away and save the headache!

Both the Pharmacist and the pharmacy tech went out of their way today to help me with my discontinued medication. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

This has to be the laziest Pharmacists I've ever dealt with. I RARELY go to get prescriptions filled unless I'm sick, so naturally I went on a day where I wasn't feeling well after a trip to the doctor. This CVS Pharmacy kept me waiting for an hour with little to no customers present other than myself. When I finally made my way to ask for an update, it turns out my prescription had been ready for quite some time. Christ Almighty.

Dropped off a prescription and they said it would be ready at 5. I came back at 5: 30m and stood in line until 6: 00 just to be told it wasn't ready but would be ready in about 30 minutes. I left, came back at 8: 00 and they said it wasn't ready. What the heck? I had to come back the next day and it was finally ready!

Rude staff. Automated system said my prescription was ready the night before. I thought I had a text that told me it was ready. The rude Mexican girl with fake eyelashes treated me like a drug seeker. In a cocky voice, she demanded to see the text. She then snapped at me that I couldn't have Rx till tomorrow. My doctor had uped my dosage at my visit. I was there prior to their lunch being over the day before also for my blood pressure medicine. I dropped my jaw at the conversations going on. You know girls, God hears all your conversations, and also patients waiting for you to reopen after your lunch break.
