Drug Store CVS reviews
12I have yet to have 2 positive experiences in a row here. They are the preferred provider for our insurance. Meaning the cheapest place to get our medicines- transferring prescriptions was an absolute nightmare. It took months to get it right. They argued with both my husband and I on numerous occasions about what medications we take. I HATE USING CVS.prescription
Zoe was so AWESOME & helpful. She listened, HEARD me, and confirmed my experience with an RX. I was so relieved to hear that confirmation that I wanted to hug her! It meant so much that she took time to listen to me and didn’t treat me like I was irrational about my experience. Thank you, Zoe!
Was ignored for 5 minutes today by a staff of 7 in the pharmacy.maybe this one will go out of business
After waiting in line for 30 minutes the first time today i was told they just recieved my prescription order for my sick child that had been put in several hours before. Returned get the finished prescription waited in a line 10+ people for well over 30 minutes again.while waiting in line one of the staff members left due to quitting time and another staff member shouted to the leaving employee, "drink one for me! This place makes me drink. " Little unprofessional if you ask me. To top it all off the person shouting was openly not working and whining about how she needed to just be left alone to get anything done despite the fact not a single person was speaking to her.
CVS wouldn’t transfer my prescription from a different pharmacy. It took 3 telephone calls and two online attempts for them to even attempt to call the pharmacy. After a week of waiting for CVS to call me back, they told me I was SOL and the host pharmacy didn’t have my original prescription. When I called the host pharmacy, they provided proof CVS didn’t call and then they forced CVS to accept the prescription transfer verbally over the phone. I’ve been trying to get my prescription for a week and for the most part everyone has been unhelpful and unpleasant, and if it wasn’t for the host pharmacy, I’d still be waiting.
I have always had professional service at CVS. The staff is courteous and helpful. The pharmacy will help with questions on over the counter medications.
Worst pharmacy to deal with EVER. I have had countless issues getting my infant sons medications (which are CRUCIAL for him as he’s medically complex) but I’ve been giving so much rude attitude from pharmacists here (wish I remembered his name) - even though the sweet girl at the register was genuinely upset for me and tried to provide a solution. Today after being told my daughter’s prescription now wasn’t able to filled even though when I called around noon that it’d be done in 20 minutes, I have finally reached my breaking point with this CVS- as any parent would after the countless issues I’ve had with them. Transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy immediately!
After dropping off my prescriptions like I do all the time. I told the lady at the window that I had a new insurance card n number but same company. She told me to hold it till I come bavk. When I return 3 hours later in bad pain from a double ear infection. She informs me that they don't take my insurance no more. An the drop that I really need are gunna be a few days. Now I have to wait till the morning to find someone to fill these amd be in pain all night. Horrible service amd she never even said sorry just hung up and turned around
This is by far the best pharmacy that I've ever used. They have resolved several insurance issues and found difficult to find medications for my husband who is required to use another pharmacy.
They answer their calls, unlike Walgreens across the highway, who routinely
hang up on their customers before they even speak.
A CVS pharmacist held the phone with Walgreens for three hours waiting to speak to the Walgreens pharmacists and finally had to release the call.
What employee does that much less a pharmacist in this day and time.
CVS has been my pharmacy for two years and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
I am forever grateful to CVS and their high standards of customer service.
Oh, and i can't forget Kelly, you are amazing!
God bless

I shop at this CVS location regularly. It is always clean and most of the times the items I am looking for are in stock. I will have to say, oftentimes an employee is not nearby to check me out and I do not want to use self check-out. I like the coupons and extra bucks rewards.
