Drug Store CVS reviews
16Awful customer service.called because the website has my prescription on hold. Rude woman answered the phone asked me what I needed. I told her I had a prescription on hold, long pause I was waiting for her to ask me my name and date. I don't like overwhelming people with all this information they're not ready for since she sounded like she was doing other things. She said "well you gonna tell me your name? " in the most condescending tone. You ask a question if you want the answer don't you?
I had my prescription sent in the night before to find it not ready the next day. The extremely rude Hispanic lady said they didn't fill it because of the high cost of the medication. I knew the cost and they made an assumption that I couldn't afford it. My visit from beginning to end was horrific. Extremely rude lady, obviously didn't want to be there or help customers. I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future
With the exception of 1 or 2 techs, they've always been so nice and helpful to me when I go there. Especially the pharmacists. They don't make you stand there looking stupid. They actually acknowledge you when you walk up. Be patient with them. You're not their only customer and they've been dealing with rude people all day. Be the light for them. Give them some grace. Glad that I switched to this store.
I honestly don’t believe even a 1 star is low enough. All the employees are just rude and inconsiderate.
Shamelessly overpriced! It really should be illegal for the type of prices they have. I’ve heard of “convenience fees” before but they way overdoing it! I literally HATE that they can get away with this!
The staff at this store is terrible, unprofessional and downright rude. To really make change, I have complained to
My insurance company and requested to have meds elsewhere. To all others please do the same. It’s no wonder they are having to close stores. I’ll take my biz elsewhere.
If I could rate it 0, I would. The store manager with the “beautiful” tattoo on his arm was very rude and had no patience for kids. He works in customer service but has no customer service skills. I’m surprised he still has a job and I wonder why CVS keeps him.
This location was fantastic. The cashier was wonderful and the team was just ready to help! I know most customers are short tempered and don’t have any patience, but I do I’m not like most Americans!
I have used CVS for years The pharmacy staff is getting very VERY rude Sophia might have some issues she was rude unprofessional felt like I was calling a nail salon. I will be moving my RX to HEB
Customer service is terrible at this location. After standing for several minutes being ignored by staff, no other customers in line or in drive thru, they were too busy to offer immunization without appointment—highly unlikely!
The reviews are all accurate. It used to be a friendly, helpful pharmacy. We've been getting my husband's prescriptions there for over 12 years and they knew me by first name when I came in. But the staff has changed, everytime I go in there it's different people and the customer service is horrible. They say they have nothing in stock now and have no control over how or when it will arrive. Nobody there knows anything. Very disorganized. From now on we will be ordering prescriptions online. So long CVS!
Over the past few months, the store has a new pharmacy manager, and new pharmacy technicians. No less than 10 times in the past two months have I showed up to pick up medication’s, only to find that they are out of stock.
Since this change of staff, I now typically have to wait 48 hours or more after a doctor, calls a prescription in, and the time the pharmacy has it ready
The only reason I continue with CVS is because my insurance mandates it
I moved to Universal City from Austin amd tried to get my prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy. After a week, they still had not filled them. I called to find out what was the hold up, and they had inexplicably cancelled my prescription transfer. The so-called supervisor threw another pharmacist under the bus, claiming that person doesn't normally work there and cancelled my script by mistake. I need this medicine to survive. Very poor experience. I will never use CVS again.
They never have enough workers in the pharmacy. I usually wait in drive through 20 to thirty minutes or more. And I'm only second or third in line.
If there is two cars in line I don't even stop because I don't like the long waits. My daughter uses Wal greens, they are fast.
Christie went above and beyond herself to make my day. She happened to walk by me using the self-check machine and I was struggling to figure out how to utilize the coupons. She helped me use the coupon dispense machine helped me download and equip a couple of coupons which ended up saving me above ten dollars. My experience was so great and made me feel so happy I just had to give her a hug for everything she did for me. It really means a lot when a person goes beyond the norm to help make someone else's day. Definitely will go back the CVS in Cibolo on main street can learn a thing or two from this location about customer service.
I scheduled a COVID test at this location. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the male pharmacist advised that the one who gives the test did not come in & there was no way to get a hold of me to advise. I asked for alternatives & additional help as I am obviously not feeling that well. He kept advising I could buy a test. When I said the test are free when administered. The pharmacist kept saying no & that the CDC no longer pays them out. Even tho on the website they state they do and even send free at home test. I just needed something quickly done to ensure I self isolated to not get others sick. He was rude and kept talking over me when I asked for other locations and times for test. I sat in the line trying to figure out next steps and he rudely told me if someone came up behind me that I would need “take a lap” so I didn’t hold up the line then walked away. I tried calling back to additional assistance and waited over 10 minutes and he never came back. I decided to leave and try another location. Which the other location allowed me to take the test earlier than my scheduled time due to the other locations error. The new location had me in and out without any issues.
