Drug Store CVS reviews
18"It's very disappointing to experience the necessity of this pharmacy business; the employees often judge customers based on appearance, and the service is marred by disdain and rudeness, which is truly saddening. "
It’s bad again. Must have a new manager because it’s gone way down hill again.
Can’t get everything in the same visit, constantly fighting issues between the prescriber and the pharmacy.
Edited again:
CVS senior management should be ashamed. These people are working their tails off in the store. Very helpful, but working under extreme circumstances.
Store personnel are trying hard.
Previous review.
They make their mistakes right and really do care for people. I am editing a previous post as this pharmacy is outstanding.
Pharmacist are rude and not willing to help I will no longer be a customer of CVS after the pharmacist ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME when I tried to get a prescription at 7: 59 then proceeded to roll down the door looking me in the eye
Sat in drive through behind 1 car for 15 minutes. This is after I came back as they were closed 30 minutes for lunch earlier. And this was after I came earlier and my prescription wasn’t ready.
CVS is my fav store. Especially the one on gessner and I ten. They’re so helpful, nice, and I love the self check out
After 20+ years of CVS, we are making the switch to H-E-B pharmacy. The CVS pharmacy department has consistently been unhelpful and rude, and I’ve had enough. The store employees are exemplary, but whoever is running the pharmacy, I wouldn’t trust to manage a Subway in a strip mall.
On hold for +30 minutes to talk to pharmacist…. They keep picking up the phone and putting me back on hold without saying anything.
They closed the pharmacy window on me. Very rude staff, if you don’t like the job then go work somewhere else
The staff was very rude to me. If you ever need medication this is the place not to go to. CVS and they do not even Help you…
I went here and the staff was very rude. They even didn’t take time to listen to what I need. I will not be here anymore.
I didn’t expect CVS hire such a rude employees …
The staff is so disrespectful. They were rude to ME and MY SON. Learn to have some manners and then get a job.
I went here and asked for medicine for my allergies, they said it’s 8 PM (I came at 7: 58 PM) and when I tried to just ask them if I could quickly buy the medicine, they just walked away and closed the pharmacy windows. I have severe allergies and I’m not coming back here again. Thanks a lot CVS.
I called the pharmacy, they confirmed they had my meds. My doctor called it in and they confirmed they had it. I got here and they don’t have it. Drove 30 minutes to get her just because they confirmed that they had my prescription.
The Pharmacy department is terrible. They failed to let me know my medication was on back order! Instead they gave me the wrong medication and when I try do tell them it was the wrong medication they just told me they didn’t have anything else and to leave! I had to contact my doctors office and CVS finally called me they said my medication was going to be ready at 2! I try to pick it up at 4: 00 and they said it still wasn’t ready!
On Sat 4/29/23 my daughter and I went to this location to purchase a few household item. The cashier was Geneva who did not greet us as we reached the counter. I spoke to her and she gave a snub remark. I attempted to make small talk as she rang up our item however her tone body language was that of a rock. She was extremely rude. I expressed that I have several bonus bucks/coupons she got an attitude and then asked was I trying to use all of them like it pained her to click a button a few times. I asked to call the manager so that I could speak with them regarding the poor service. Geneva then laughed as if to say they not going to do anything to her. She called to the manager who was at the other end of the counter and NEVER came over. At this point the experience is upsetting to say the least. I decided to cancel my transaction and not spend my money at this location. I shop here all the time as I live in the neighborhood and it is the closet to my home. However, with service like this I need to find another location to fill my prescriptions and shopping needs. I know for big companies like this us average shoppers come a dime a dozen but it horrible that they employee people who do not believe in building customer loyalty and on top of that managers who do care to hear the voice of the customer.
The employees are nice. It took the ladies at front 10 minutes to find my package of COVID test. The store feels a little dated. The pharmacy was helpful. Seems like the one lady does all the work. But overall, it's not a bad location.
Service was bad and staff wasn’t nice told us it was a 5 minute wait but waited 30 minutes staff wasn’t experienced
Minnie at CVS on Memorial and Perthshire in Houston, Texas is AMAZING! EVERYtimE I go in there for the past few years she greats me and everyone else that walks in the door. She is kind and so welcoming. She is knowledgable too. Very helpful when you need help. She is willing to look up a price if you need one without hesitation. She is the main reason I go to this location. If she is not there I do not get greeted the way she greets me. OH! And she knows everyones name too! She gerets them by their name, very impressive, she even knows my name and everyone elses. She is truly amazing.
