CVS, Houston TX

I used to rate this location 3*, but I changed my mind, the cashiers are nice now and this place deserves 5*

Seriously, that woman is terrible, she treated us as if we were asking for things for free.they should send them to manners class because you bring your cash or card, you don't come to ask seriously, what bad attention from her, the nice place and everything but she made lose everything

The girl at the cashier, idk her name because her name tag is faced the opposite direction, I see why now, horrible attitude, asked me if I am ready, said yes, I turned to my side to grab some gum from there candy section and told somebody else that she was gonna take them by the way since when do cvs make there employees wear crop tops? Whole stomach showing, just horrible experience here, not one to want to get somebody fired, but she needs customer service classes ASAP.

It would be a 5 but taking off 4 stars because the newest cashier is very disrespectful and has no manners. The rest of the staff is amazing.

The manager was very competent and patient and showed good leadership of his team. Fast organized service.

Listen up. This store doesn't even deserve 2.9 stars at all. It's a 4.5 or five stars at best. Every time I go in there the customer service is on top of their game. Enrique is one of the most customer oriented people I know. He is there to greet you, smiling and multitasking while he greets you. I don't know him personally, so don't think I'm writing this because you may think that or he may be a relative. That aside, people who are disgruntled and live a negative life will find a way to bring everyone down with them and as an adult will act as a spoiled child and try and find every way to get it their way. This is a well ran store and has the utmost qualities that is expected from a customer. I can say this because I worked as a Loss Prevention Regional Director for 30 years in retail. THANKS ENRIQUE for being on top of your game, and the the rest of the associates as well. Keep up the good work.

The staff working this store yesterday night at Nov 10,2022 08: 30 PM, He attacked to me after I ask check out by self for apply coupon failed. I can’t believe the staff service so terrible.

Very bad service at the CVS pharmacy which is located on Cook and Bellaire! The Vietnamese pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional. He hung up phone on me! How uneducated and unprofessional person he is! He should not be a pharmacist! Staff is not nice and unfriendly! Surely The manager acknowledges that their online survey has been rated very bad but nothing has been improved/changed. Guess he doesn’t care! No wonder the survey rating is less than 2 stars! Very ashamed for the pharmacy which has many VN staff working there but the service is terrible! Not refer anyone to this pharmacy. Hopefully this pharmacy will be audited soon!
