Really bad experience with one of the management team members John. He's sarcastic and offered very little help. There was another associate that was polite and going to help but I did leave considering I was there for a pickup order for COVID testing and I am not feeling well. I was at my wit's end by the time the polite associate was offering assistance.

Please DO NOT IGNORE THE 2.2 RATING for this store. I scheduled our COVID and flu vaccines for my family online and this was the closest store with availability. The tech was highly inexperienced and my daughter's vaccine was a mess. Lots of blood, she became dizzy with the blood and the tech tried giving her a glucose shot. It terrifies me for non medically trained customers who would have taken their advice. Then upon leaving the store my daughter cut her leg on one of the display racks and the staff was very nonchalant about it. We had to wait for the manager, who was on a smoke break, to report the incident. It's supposedly CVS Health but this store in no way promotes health. I was trying to ignore the long wait and pharmacy staff working slow but after the performance with the vaccine I was not at all impressed with this place. I really do like CVS but this particular store is giving this very well known corporation a bad name.

I went to buy an ibuprofen for my mother using her OTC card and the cashier told me that she has to go in person to buy it, I explained to her that she is very old and that she does not leave the house, that pharmacies only ask me for the date birth date and some information every time I go to buy his medications. The cashier told me that this is not CVS policy, that she has to go in person to be able to use her benefits. I would like to know if this is true?

This cvs is very unprofessional and lazy. My 8 yo has the flu and was prescribed tamiflu, my husband went to quickly pick it up so she can start feeling better and when I was about to give her the first dose we noticed the medication was still in powder form, which means it was not mixed! You have one job pharmacy which is to prepare the medications and you failed miserably. We always have issues with this pharmacy, but you know this is where the insurance sends us. I called the pharmacy and they just said oops sorry bring it back or go to a closer cvs and tell them to mix it. This is the last thing a parent needs to deal with when their child is sick. -100 stars!

The pharmacy here is unbelievable! I’m still amazed of the of how there was about 8 people working back there and still took 5 minutes to even get acknowledged at the counter. The incompetence and ignorance from EVERYONE at the pharmacy is truly unbelievable! Definitely not going there again and honestly everyone should avoid this pharmacy there’s no way you can trust them to handle medication!

They'll say they'll do something (contact my doctor about an expired refill) and then as soon as you walk out they're on to the next customer without doing any follow up. Worst thing, when questioned about it, they'll lie to cover their lazy assets. Took me 5 visits to refill a simple prescription. Unaccetable.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been in, the service is as poor as you will ever experience, the people in the pharmacy are more interested in discussing their personal lives with each other than to service their customers, unorganized total non-professional.total waste of my time, I will never go back.they do not even deserve one star, but its wont let you post unless you pick a star they deserve zero stars. Walgreens just gained a customer.

I used the CVS online scheduler to book a COVID 19 vaccine appt for myself, my mother and my brother (he is uninsured). The website stated they accept uninsured people and that the COVID 19 vaccine cost is covered by the government. I called to ask them how much a flu shot would for my uninsured brother. Tina said she thinks maybe $80 or $100, then placed me on hold to ask someone. She came to the line and said they don't accept uninsured people for any vaccinations and are out of the COVID-19 vaccination? ! I called Walgreens and they said it was free. I cancelled all three appts with CVS and went to Walgreens, CVS is such a waste of time.

My daughter is Covid positive, her physician put in medications for her to pick up at 1780 Le Travino in El Paso, Texas Robutisin was prescribed as one of her many Carmen made my daughter go in the store and the actual pharmacist Abe didn’t care either. So, my daughter went into a store Covid positive because the lazy tech Carmen did not want to get get the Robitusin. Now, anyone in the store is subject to get Covid. Please educate the pharmacy on common sense. THank you kindly.

Front cashier maria is the absolute worst! From throwing around the pictures I had just ordered and printed to them being creased. Had a horrible attitude the whole time. Called the manager because she was overwhelmed and he had the same attitude. By far the worst cvs ever!

This girl Mattie and the pharmacies guy are very unprofessional. After waiting more than 30 minutes, they still give you attitude. Then she steps away from the counter and both of them start laughing at customers and throwing the medicine bags down.

Waiting on their drive thru forever only to have the girl trying to charge $107 for my prescriptions. When I provided my Insurance card and ask her to make sure my prescriptions were being covered by my insurance and without even checking at all that she had the right insurance on file she said they were. I refused to pay $107 and called my insurance directly. My insurance confirmed that the total price for my prescriptions should be $19. My insurance had to call the pharmacy and correct them. I had to get in line AGAIN on the drive thru for something that could easily have been checked the first around. It’s just plain negligence and laziness. I can’t imagine the errors they make with the medication if this is their work ethic.

Pharmacy is the worst. They don't update you if something doesn't get covered by your insurance. They like to let you know after you wait in line for 2 hrs then proceed to not know how to file a complaint.

Front counter girl talking to someone at the counter I waited for awhile standing there I walked around the store looking for the item I needed and when I walked back up she gave me a look up and down and I told her I cannot find an item so she told me which one but her attitude was obviously there thanks for the help I guess

Pharmacist was rude and not helpful at all. After waiting almost two hours they were only able to give us half of the medications.

I went for my COVID-19 test and I have to wait for the employee to process my information. I did that the day before, so, I don’t understand why the required to fill the same information on the web site if their going to do the same thing.
By the way the employee (lady) was nice.
