Drug Store CVS reviews
10This pharmacy is very slow, and the communication is virtually nonexistent. I am sick and needed my prescriptions filled. I took them to the CVS in Odessa off of W. University across from the H‑E‑B around 12: 30. It was 1pm before I could even get up to the window to drop off the prescriptions. It took them until 5: 30 to fill only 1 of my two prescriptions and I was not notified that they couldn’t fill the other until I arrived to pick them up. This is ridiculous and the staff has absolutely no sense of urgency at all. Will be finding another pharmacy that can do a lot better than this one. I’m extremely disappointed and irritated with this pharmacy.
Was returning a heating pad, wind outside blowing 49 miles an hrs. Had a small cvs bag with the heating pad and receipt in it. Got out of the truck, the bag was small that the whole thing fell out. The receipt blew away ran after it couldn't catch it. Went in told the cashier what happen. She call manager said I would have to take a money card, which is find what piss me off I had to take the sales price, which I pay full price. I think yall are taking advantage of customer money, she didn't even try to call the manager to talk to her. We were going to keep the heating pad and she said I have already put it on the card. What a rip off.
Don’t try to call here. They just ignore the phone. I actually walked in with my phone after waiting on the line for nearly an hour. Nobody was taking any phone calls.
My experience was horrible. I spent the whole day making an appointment and when I went I spoke to the girl and she told me that the COVID vaccine was free and the influence vaccine cost me $45 with a coupon that they gave and when I went to my appointment today they charged me $60 dollars for each vaccine and there there are signs saying that it is free and when I complain they say that since last month they have been charging for them and I am very angry because yesterday they told me that the COVID one was free so today they pay for it, it is shameless that Disappointment wastes your time and gives you a bad report
Never had a bad experience here. The pharmacy is a bit slow, but you can tell they are always busy. Gina is the pharmacy is always super helpful and personable!
What kind of people do you hire here? Little girl at the front counter needs to be in the back where customers don't have to deal with her. People's lives are hard enough.last thing we want to deal with is a bunch of rude employees. If you don't like you're job.go work somewhere else. Preferably somewhere you don't have to interact with the public
Top slow and most of the time they don't answer the phone or you can be on hold for the longest time
Stopped by earlier today a little bit after noon and saw this grumpy white lady at the cashier. I thought she just had RBF at first but I was wrong. She was checking out this Hispanic family who did not understand English and she was asking them for a birthday and kept repeating the same thing in a very rude and disrespectful way but it didn’t help because they didn’t understand her (all she kept saying was what’s your birthday. They would have probably understood if she just said ID). Anyway she decided to start yelling someone’s name in the store really loud (an employee who speaks Spanish was available this whole time). This employee finally translates to them and they gave her the ID. Both the white lady and the Spanish speaking employee started mocking this family saying they need to go to Odessa college and learn English and started belittling them (one is Spanish and the other one agreeing in English in a very mocking way). I don’t think any of that was necessary and they spoke so loud that everybody in the store could hear them and make a scene. Will never step foot in that store again after that. I left without purchasing because it just upset me. You don’t know their situation so just be a kind human being. You could have silently requested someone that speaks Spanish and leave it at that. You didn’t have to embarrass someone who is obviously already struggling to purchase one or two items. Racist and disrespectful.
Tried to have a common pain medication called into this location by my surgeon and they didn’t take the time or effort to let me know it would take days to be in stock.
Very slow pharmacy and they never have the drive thru open. Very inconvenience especially for disabled people or if you have children. Never going back. Switched to HEB pharmacy across the street. More convenient and the staff are a lot nicer than CVS pharmacy staff. Your workers at CVS pharmacy are losing you business and management should consider other options before everyone leaves and switches.
