Drug Store CVS reviews
16Went to develop pictures there for the first time- store is very clean & organized and the lady up front was very helpful. Great CVS
The pharmacy is horrible. I called and no one answered for 17 minutes so I showed up to store which they addressed other people in drive way making me wait long 25 minutes.
I came here to do a transfer via Moneygram. The cashier wasn’t so helpful. He did his work, hand in receipt without saying a word. It wasn’t a big deal but it was a different experience. I came to this location again and I got pretty similar service so I decide to stop returning. I’ve been to many CVS stores and rarely encounter this.
I have no complaints about this location. I usually go in and get what I need and get out pretty quickly. I recently switched to this pharmacy & they were excellent in all aspects of my visit. My prescription was filled immediately after leaving the Dr office & I didn't have to hike half an acre (like Walmart). I just pulled up to drive thru
I really like this store, every one is nice and helpful, always in a good mood.
Thank you.
Julie, Richard, and Robert.
The staff are great, the store is kept clean and you are always welcomed as you walk in no matter what time it is.
The pharmacist, on the other hand is a dick. Or at least the one they had in 2016 was, I haven't returned to that part of the store since.
I have been coming to this CVS for years, since it's right outside my neighborhood. Very well organized and stocked. They're the only place I know that carries sugar free chocolates for my diabetic dad. Even the Walmart closest to us doesn't carry that. They also carry Reeses chocolate chip cookies. They always make me feel welcome with a nice greeting when I walk in. Great management and staff here!
Pharmacist is an arrogant a**hole. Pharmacy texts and snobby and obviously don't want to be there. Go to Walgreens.
The cashier was texting WHILE I was cashing out and had her phone visibly on top of the counter. She didn't even say thank-you and was pretty rude. I guess this place just hires ANYONE off the street.
I used this pharmacy for 1 year, and the staff was consistently rude, inattentive, had terrible follow-up, and always made me feel like it was such an inconvenience that I was there. They were also disorganized and didn't communicate well among each other.it took them awhile to get my one simple prescription straightened out, filled on time, under the right name, etc.
Find a better CVS or switch to Walgreen's
This place is the definition of "mediocre". Been here multiple times, little help for customers- but nothing bad either. It is neither good or bad, and sometimes that is good in and of itself.
Great place to stop I come here Almost every day employees are always nice and willing to help.
My experience at the CVS on dezavala road in San Antonio was terrible. The staff was rude and seemingly unwilling to assist you and I purchased a bottle of Gain laundry detergent that although had it's expiration date removed had in fact expired and was off colour and foul smelling. Suggest restaffing, restocking and an emphasis on customer service.
Never had a problem with this particular branch. Could be because I'm 6' 2" and weigh approximately 250.idk
Convenience shopping at it's finest. This store is always clean and the employees are sweet and attentive. I visit this store at least once a week. I Love my CVS!
Theres a women there named norma? She has to be one of the worst employees ive ever incountered she is so RUDE
