CVS, Plano TX

I have lived in area for 3yrs and I absolutely HATE this Cvs pharmacy! Its ALWAYS SLOW! HATE with a passion!

Horrible management. No one in store, would not let you my child and mother use the restroom. Had to run out and try another place. Pathetic

Pharmacy staff is great! Now the helpers and assistance are stepping up.

The gal in the front as a cashier, she is so nice and willing to help you any way she can. I’m always glad to see she (and the staff) helps out and how respectful she is. She wears dark glasses, don’t know her name but very professional.

The staff here is always friendly. Pharmacy is quick and we have not had any issues. Sometimes they are a bit short staffed so the lines can get long but other than that. It's great.

I was greeted when I entered. Found what I needed quickly. Store was clean and well stocked. I'll be back.

Very slow and poor service.
Came to pickup prescription 2.5 hrs after i dropped off and still had to wait 30 min. Was Quoted a price at dropoff, but was asked to pay twice the amount at pickup. Also, asked for brand but the request was ignored.

Is there a 0 stars? This store is terrible specially the manager. Slow and no product knowledge. I was looking for cerave lotion and they said they dont have it. I went to look for it and found it. Another instance the Manager cant figureout the coupons, all he can say is "it's how it is. CVS isnt good" He just bashed his own employer

They have a very clean restroom and don't look judgemental when you go in there just to use it! Very satisfied

Avoid, folks are nice, but understaffed, lots of turnover for the lead pharmacists, lots of mistakes. I finally gave up after 2 years. Sometimes convenience isn't worth the hassle.

Great service, willing to help when I'm out of town to get them transferred when it's time to refill.

Customer service here was terrible. I asked to speak to a manager and when she came to find out what the problem was it got even worse. How she became a manager? Very rude and know nothing about her work!
