Rude Pharmacy staff, stressed customers, staff where stressed, no one running the store.self checkout, sad nasty little strore, dirty floors, dated.food and trash in parking lot, this location only, the other 2 locations are better.

Came here for a flu shot. Had an appointment and arrived on time, waited 30 minutes - employees kept saying "we'll be with you. " over and over while attending to customers who were walk-ins, ended up leaving. Avoid.

Manager Kevin is very rude and unprofessional. They have no regard to wasting customer’s time, and the manager won’t even discuss an issue directly with the customer. I expect better from the manager at least.

Ear Wax Removal Svc’s- DON’T DO IT
I had wax buildup, particularly in my left ear, so I made an appointment with CVS Minute Clinic on Lemmon Ave.and requested services for “Ear Wax Removal. ” I explained, “I had no pain, no allergies, just need wax removed, please. ” NP said, “I’ll take a look at your ears, but I’m not gonna go digging for gold. ”

Immediately. I got up and said, “I think this was a mistake, ” I wanted to leave… I let her talk me into staying, she proceesed to take my vitals and looked in my ears and said my ears were clean and gave me instructions to purchase Fluticasone Propionate (Flonase) and Loratadine (Claritin).

Umm, what just happened? ! I went in for ear wax removal and left with instructions to purchase medication and $100.00 less in my pocket. Understandably, healthcare workers fear bringing Coronavirus home but bedside manners are obsolete with this Nurse Practitioner. She looked into my ears only to pacify me and $BILL$ me. She should look into changing professions…. Pandemic or NO Pandemic.

In case your wondering, no I did not purchase meds, instead I bought NeilMed Clearcanal Ear Wax Removal Complete Kit. Tadaw! All Fixed!

Ok first of all my respect for those in the field. But i come from a background of hard labor, manual work.you know where ppl actually sweat from construction unloading. Trucks i. Hot hot weather.and you guys are telling me that our nurses and docters are having trouble being an a climate control environment. And cant process these test an a timely manner. While everyone else is waiting to get their results remeber how to just click enter. Cheers but not really. Fyi why can i not schedule an appoint wit an actual person. I mean do u guys realize even ur website sux? Whatever.

Slowest clinic I have been to. Hold out time states an hour or so and i waited two hrs. Practically if you feel the wait around time is gonna be double the time you should allow some others know.

Pharmacist was rude, he has no patient what so over. He makes you feel so stupid like you dont know what your talking about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMARCY TO ANYONE.

One of the pharmacy employee is rude and indifferent. Also they promise me the prescription will be refilled automatically at Friday, then on Saturday I call them they said like they never know it, and the pills are out of stock, need to reorder them at earliest on Tuesday. Totally unresponsive for customers and their health condition. Bad!

This store is walking distance from my house. I find it very unwelcoming. The clientele is very snobby. And the customer service isn't up to par.

The pharmacy at this location is a joke.

Will they have the drugs you ordered when you placed your prescription? Are their hours accurately listed on the storefront? Will their cash registers even work when you walk in? Is it an easy process to add dependents to your profile? It’s a toss-up!

Nothing is consistent, everything takes at least 30 minutes longer than it should and everything is overpriced. I have never had a good experience here, and I’m tired of trying.

! DO NOT GO HERE! We had the WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! An employee committed fraud that cost us $350! Money we didn't HAVE.l contacted store management and they were rude & we were NEVER refunded. Corporate stated we had to go through the local management for resolution which we NEVER got.

This CVS always seems to be out of stock of everything! There's always empty shelves. Also there never seems to be a lot of staff on hand and they few people they have there are very nosey and will follow you around which is very unpleasant. Closest CVS to my apartment but I'd rather make the drive to the one on McKinney.

Dont try to return anything here you will get accused of stealing even if its for an item under 10$ what a joke! Cvs please hire employees with common sense

This is the best CVS in the world. They are so informed and efficient. They also are super friendly and compassionate!

The Worst Costumer Service EVER! The STORE MANAGER hates coupons, refused to accept rainchecks and coupons. Not at all knowledgeable in regards to coupons, or their own store policy. Stated repeatedly that he had the right to limit and chose and he was going to with me. FELLOW COUPONERS DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The slowest pharmacy in the world.always the longest wait and never ever friendly.been going here for 10 years and after today I will not go back!

Huge line every time I go, I've waited 10+ mins to checkout before, never more than 1 or 2 people working, slowest service imaginable.

The people at great earth are really professional and very warm. Everytime I call, they are friendly and quick and accurate when getting my prescriptions together. What's even sweeter about their services is that I don't have to pick up my order, they actually have it delivered to me within 2 days! I really appreciate this group, and will continue to use their services!
