Drug Store CVS reviews
21What’s wrong with the pharmacist in the drive thru? She had an attitude and was so rude when we went to pick up my prescription. If she doesn’t like what she does please find something else to do.
Always call first to see if medications are ready. The pharmacy promises times that are not true.
This CVS is price gouging on cleaning supplies to profit from the Covid 19 pandemic. Will be reporting them to the authorities.
I've never had an issue with services provided to me from the staff. Great and convenient location.
9 out of 10 times, my call connects and I am forced to listen to screechy hold music for 1+ hours as no human being comes to pick up the phone. As I type this I am giving up on my hour-and-a-half long hold.
I have stopped going to this pharmacy. Problem with this Pharmacy is so many different people work in here who have no familiarity with your prescription. My insurance only pays for 20 pills my doctors writes for 30 days. Phamracy always fills 15 with insurance and give me 15 at cash price. My problem started when they couldn’t refill the refill my prescription I needed telling me my insurance paid till January 15th. Just because they wouldn’t go back and see my refill history, she’s totally clueless. Blond girl didn’t even go back see what was happening before Christmas. I finally switched to market street for the same prescription and CVS on Coit and Hillcrest wich are super professional. Never dealt with a CVS so unprofessional and unorganized as cvs in park and Coit. Never going back. Only good thing is extended hours but ding dung there have no clue what’s going on.
First time knowing CVS at this location sells “Expired” products on shelf.
Will send mail to CVS Corp.for such unprofessional surprise!
Wow, I was kind of shocked reading the reviews of this pharmacy. When dealing with medication you have many people who are upset about the health issue they may be having at the time so they feel panicked and stressed. The staff here has to deal with that non-stop whilst never stopping filling prescriptions. I have never had a moment of bad service here because I take the time to understand and show patience with the workers. Sometimes it’s really not them it’s you. Take a deep breath and realize that god wants you to slow down and notice something in these moments.
They sell cosmetics that expired 4 YEARS back! I brought this to the attention of one of the employees and 5 days later, they are still there!
I'd give no stars if that was an option. They rarely fill a prescription in time. Dont check to see if they have stock. On a 30 monthly prescription, they won't fill until 31 days. Guess your screwed for that extra day. There appears to be a high turnover in staff. That's generally a good indication of a poorly run business. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Pharmacy is a joke. Never ready, long waits. The time to drive to the next pharmacy is worth it.
There needs to be a ZERO rating for this pharmacy. Rude pharmacist, rude staff, long wait times, and ridiculously long phone times (over 35 minutes). I have tried 3 times to get the same prescription filled, with no luck. Then they wouldn't (or couldn't figure out how), so it staying in "in process" mode. Making it difficult for another store to fill.
Stops taking pharmacy orders half an hour before they close and it’s not posted anywhere. Thanks for that.
Pharmacy is terrible. Don’t bother having doc call it in, they won’t be able to find it. Not sure if bringing in script is much better with a two hour wait.
Pharmacy staff have no sense of urgency or prioritization. Constantly backlogged with ridiculous wait times. Only one member is trying to maintain order while everyone else is chatting or ignoring customers in line.
This CVS is in a great spot down the street from the hospital (medical center of Plano), and alot of the local family physicians are near by
Terrible Customer service. The Pharmacy doesn't even answer the phone professional. Just a simple "How can I help" I had to make sure I was calling the correct phone number. Makes CVS Health look bad.
Kinda disappointed here. I went in here for the first time, even though the reviews weren’t great.waited at the front counter to check out and no one was there. After a couple of minutes of no one showing up, I left.
A friend of mine has a rabbit and it scratched its ear and he started bleeding pretty badly and she needed some Vaseline and Q tips and Kharina was amazing. She was super friendly and sarcastic which I love.someone who openly exhibits that character so openly. She kept me laughing and it was pleasure to meet her. Ask for Kharina you will not be disappointed!
