CVS Pharmacy, Corpus Christi TX

Worst pharmacy ever. Took 3 hours for them to get to my prescription and then told me that they had been too busy to get to it. The pharmacy was a wreck. I don't know who is in charge, but they should be fired. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens.

Why am I going to be on hold for 15 minutes just to update my insurance info? ! Give us a local number to call. Not a 1800 number! Ridiculous!

This is THE WORST CVS in Corpus Christi. Unethical, unprofessional, dirty, dusty, unorganized, etc. Terrible customer service, employees on their cell phones or with headphones in (not paying attention or helping). The pharmacy is too slow and the pharmacy employees are rude. The last time I visited I'm pretty sure the cashier was high out of his mind. He couldn't figure out how to scan my coupon and told me I couldn't use it (it was for $5 off) and then "dropped" my item and destroyed it. He was smiling and looked like he was going to fall over. I had to go to another CVS to get my things and they were able to scan my coupon with no issues at all. They also told me that all the other CVS managers know that this CVS is the worst and to never go to this CVS. How sad is that? ! Please do not waste your time here or give them any business. Go to another CVS or the one on Staples and Yorktown, they are much better.

I like this particular location because it is close to me and not only that the staff are very nice. They are courteous and helpful.
