The store is clean and the staff outside of the pharmacy are always great and greet you with a smile at the door.

The pharmacy however is filled with people who hate their lives, maybe puppies and they take it out on you with obstinate and condescending attitudes.

My son's medication was submitted on friday Sept. 30th we received a text saying it had to be special ordered. I tried calling on Saturday but no one picked up in the pharmacy I was on hold for 32 minutes received another text on Sunday saying medicine is still on special order I called the pharmacy was on hold for 26 minutes literally no answer called again on hold for 18 minutes and just hung up. I gave it till Monday still nothing and decided to try calling again. I called tuesday spoke with a female associate and provided her with my son's info and she was ok looks like it was completed on the 30th I was like why did we receive those text messages saying it's still on order instead of someone catching that error but her response it's ready you can come pick it up not apologizing for that mistake her phone etiquette was short with an attitude.this is where weve always have had our prescriptions filled because it's near our home but when the pharmacy dept associates give you attitude I understand that your job can be stressful but there's no need to speak and treat people.

Really disappointed with this CVS, a racist and disrespectful old African American was really unprofessional with me and my family (3 Mexican adults). We went into get some products and before we checked out, he stood right beside us at the check out machines like if we were going to steal.instead of making us feel uncomfortable he should have asked to check us out. I originally asked if he needed to pass by but he said no and kept standing beside us. We check out and left. We then noticed one of the boxes was empty and went back, I told him it was empty and he rudely said, then “go get a new one”. I am not going back to that CVS… that I was discriminated for my color of skin.

My vet called in a prescription for my dog and it was never filled. I called this CVS and was on hold for an hour before I finally hung up the phone. I drove to the store and did not see a pharmacist behind the counter at all. I watched as all of the staff ignored the phones ringing and the customers there in person. None of the staff had on IDs, and the person who claimed to be the pharmacist on duty did not have on a white coat or an ID.

Just took my wisdom teeth out and needed painkillers for them. They said it would be done in an hour and it's been almost 2 and a half and now. The numbing wore off and still have no painkillers.

Just went it at around 11: 30pm on 1/17/2021 to get Allegra medication and some cherry halls drop for my girlfriend who has a sore throat. When I went to the self check out counter, this old Caucasian CVS employee was watching me the entire time I was checking out. It was only until he saw me get the receipt did he turn away and walk away. It wasn’t just me who noticed but my girlfriend. CVS needs to do better. I will be calling corporate in the morning to report the incident.

Pharmacy has worst customer service. Waited 10 minutes behind one customer being served where technician was trying to explain how insurance deductibles work. My turn next, but instead the metal grill starts to come down (because it's 1: 30PM. LUNCH TIME!). I explain I've been waiting for 10 minutes and am told "and if you're the first one in line at 2 o'clock, we'll be happy to serve you). Really? And with three technicians in the pharmacy. Just remarkably poor customer service.

Minute clinic physician was “with a patient” for almost an hour, only to emerge alone and flipped the sign to “out for lunch”. Even though they advertise walk-in appointments, I was basically told to get lost until my appointment time, which was 4 hours away. Not a great experience, will avoid going there in the future.

Terrible customer service both by the cashier and the pharmacy. Did not even bother to try to assist what so ever. Will not be returning to this location.

I went to Pharmacy and Jesse who is a Pharmacist helps me out to get vaccine. He was really kind and best to guide with his customer service skills and expertise.

Pulled up in my 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. Two managers were outside strategizing and surmise "He ain't from 75244 with that ride. "
By the time I get out of my car in my FUBU jersey, the assistant manager is off on his task and the GM is chopping it up with everyone but me.
Note that I drove 20 miles to this location to get a $1,991 Rx for my daughter who was recently assaulted. This was my 2nd day coming to this location to get the 4th of four Rx (s).
The store is probably 4s, but that indignation is 1.
