CVS Pharmacy, Watauga TX

Absolute joke trying to get through to this location. Day before I had time to drive from doctors office to store and no answer (20 minute drive). When I got there nobody was in line or waiting. They only had one prescription. No worries sometimes you have to order. Now I am calling the next day to ensure it is there because I was told it would be there at 3. I have been waiting for someone to answer for 1 hour 13 minutes before it automatically hangs up or someone hangs up on you. Absolutely ridiculous. Sitting in pain while someone doesn’t care or isn’t good at their job.

This review is only about the pharmacist Svetla. We have been using this pharmacy for years mainly because of her, but we will now be moving our prescriptions elsewhere because of her complete disrespect. She was extremely cruel to me when I showed up 7 minutes before closing to pick up one of my prescriptions. I have never been so mistreated by someone who works in the "medical" industry. If she would have kindly told me my prescription was not ready, I would have had no problem coming back another day. I only went because I received a message that it would be ready. Do not allow her to mistreat you like she mistreated me.

Yvette is the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She's always friendly and helpful and also has my scripts ready when I walk in the door. I love this pharmacy.

Not the best of places to get your medicine filled, but it is good to shop at.
