CVS Pharmacy reviews
6Excellent customer service from Esam, he helped us out in a bad situation and made everything better!
Narcissists and narcissism years and years they just hire more. Just narcissist looking to get into arguments with customers and after 6: 00 the place is deserted I think they're going to go broke. I don't think that location is going to be there much longer
Came for the convenience of cash back. I purchased a random bottle of wine and before checking in informed front desk that I needed cash back. As Kay is checking me out I remind her, I need cash back. I ask if it’s okay to use Apple pay for cash back. She agreed.
After transaction is complete I informed her it did not allow me to choose cash back. She said, that for Apple Pay we don’t do cash back.
I asked if I could refund given that I haven’t stepped out the counter and the only reason I purchased was to obtain cash. She said it would be too inconvenient for her. She’d have to call manager and do a refund. I asked again for refund and she called manager.
While waiting for him she said she wished she knew I wanted cash back, I reminded her I told her several times and she just shrugged.
How was the most simple transaction made into such a burden?
I received a text from CVS that said my prescription was not in stock. I was asked if I wanted to transfer the prescription to another store. I called to see if I could receive just a few pills to last until the prescription could be filled entirely. Esam worked with me over the next four hours and did just that and solved my problem.
Consistently good pharmacy service.
Variable service in the rest of the store because of few clerks.
Automated system has been a problem. I called in to have aprescription refilled and went through 9 prescriptions asking me if I wanted the prescriptions refilled or not and a clerk questioning me on a prescription that is from my doctor. My doctor wants me to take Aspirin EC. Why the question?
