Steven is always so polite and helpful! He even knew my name when I drove through to pick up my prescription! Thanks for brightening up my day! And, thanks for all you do!

Used to be great and had no issues. But not great lately - needed a prescription that they said would be ready the next day and then changed to “on order” without an estimate of when it would be ready. Tried to call to sort it out and was on hold for 20 min, never able to talk with someone. So I called Grapevine Drug RX right down the street and they answered right away and had my prescription in stock - I recommend checking there if you can’t get ahold of anyone at CVS!

Though they did not have my prescription in stock, the tech that assisted me was on it! Fast, attentive and informative. High volume location but staffed well. Oh, and when I entered the store, the cashier said hello to me before I saw her. Great employees here.

TL/DR - I will never be back to this pharmacy because of the poor treatment from Angie, and what an unorganized mess this place is.

Horrible pharmacy. I've tried many times to give them a chance. I have a monthly perscription, so I've been there several times. The first three times I went, I had to update my address. I guess the save button was too difficult. The woman that is usually at the register, Angie, is very flat toned, uninterested, and unhelpful. She never apologies for any inconveniences or tries to go even one inch out of her way to help a customer. A customer who needs medicine at that!

Some of the reasons I won't be back: I've had a text confirmation that my script is ready multiple times only to show up and have Angie tell me they have nothing for me and I have to call my Dr office. When I show her my text confirmation, she just shrugs. The Dr's office then has to call again to tell her this has already been approved. Even after speaking to the Dr office, she still will not help me. This exact senario has happened twice. After having come there every month for over 6 months.

If I'm fortunate enough to get someone else to help, they have to search though all the ready scripts since they are not in alphabetical order to finally find they spelled my name wrong, or they had the wrong birthday, or some other detail that caused me and my doctor to jump through hoops. I have a unique last name it's impossible to confuse with someone else. If it's only Angie there, I'm out of luck, she's not willing to help anyone, even though we go though this dance every other month. Most the staff at least tries to help, but it's hard when your coworkers are lazy and burnt out.

Today is the last time, it's always something. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. You can thank Angie for that.
