CVS Pharmacy, San Antonio TX

Tried to get a covid test. Went thru and gave them all our personal info. Then the web page told us walk in only. Went to get it and the lady (brenda) said no, she would not give us a test or explain how to get an apt. Just told us she would not give us a test. And to make an appt, which we cannot. Won't deal with this store again.

I use this cvs for my prescription. I know how hectic it can get sometimes in the pharmacy but even though it gets super busy the pharmacy staff is still friendly & patient.

Every time I've been to CVS is location they have always been courteous and professional willing to help clean the bathrooms are always clean that handicap accessible bathrooms to parking lights and cap accessible to pharmaceutical sap is intellectual and knows what they're doing and they're more than happy to go out

I'm in complete shock of what the Pharmacy department told my wife today. They refuse to fill a prescription due to the fact that i was not in the military. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and they said they could not fill any prescription from BCBS if they are not military. I've never been told that before in my life. This is just an FYI to all non military families in the area holding BCBS insurance.

The pharmacy is always quick with my prescriptions and even give my dogs treats when i come through the drive thru

Service can be a bit slow and prices are not so low but they always have a great staff and great deals.

The best customer service I have received at a corner store/pharmacy. Friendly, accommodating and professional.
