CVS Pharmacy, Arlington TX

I have used this pharmacy for years for my mother’s medications.
The pharmacy has recently changed manager and I can tell the service has gone south!
The current manager Ron Le was unprofessional; constantly filled mediations that we don’t need (even though we already told him many times) and didn’t let us return.
I noticed that he was on his personal calls so much that he got distracted; and didn’t help out his staffs.
I will go somewhere else for better service.

Ron, the pharmacist won’t be happy if you give him a service rating of less than 9. He will give you a very hard time and keep asking why. I felt uncomfortable.

The service was ok, nothing outstanding; the pharmacy looked messy / unorganized as they had to look everywhere for my prescriptions.
I had a hard time understanding what the pharmacist said as it seemed like he was having some anxiety.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to! The pharmacist was very genuine and caring. He went out of his way to help out you. Will definitely come back!

Just wanted to take the time to show my appreciation and respect for Pharmacist Ron Le. I am not a regular patient at this particular pharmacy, I was just shopping for a particular over-the-counter medication hoping it would help ease my symptoms I was having. I have been getting multiple check ups at my doctor Tony Chuong in in Arlington in regards to a reoccurring medical condition that I’ve been struggling with for about a month now. However, I couldn’t find the medication I needed so I asked the pharmacists for help and right there and then Le stopped what he was doing and asked how I was feeling, what symptoms I had and what medication I was on. Not only did he take the time to help me find what I needed but he also went out of his way to talk to me about my condition. Respectfully, by far one of the best experience I’ve ever had with any doctor! This is a perfect example of a true genuine doctor: One who goes out of his way to help and educate people and to make them feel confident that everything will be okay. He has helped me and educated me way more than the doctor I was going to, Dr. Tony Chuong who failed to go over any of my results and to answer any of the questions I had with my condition.

By far the best. We get all of our prescriptions here, and both of the Pharmacists are amazing. They've given amazing council on the medications, how to use them, what to watch out for. They truly care about their patients. I don't think I've ever had such care from a pharmacy. We will continue using them for all of our prescriptions.

This is my favorite CVS of all time and i have been to many. I have 20 plus scripts also many for my son and they always go above and beyond to help me. They all call me by my name every time in the pharmacy. I just love them here. They give new meaning to the word awesome! Especially Darlene she deserves a raise. Go Go Darlene!

Now that CVS has taken over, the employees are rude, unkind and I will never fill another prescription with them again. Long story short, The pharmacy decided that they didn't think I should have one of my prescriptions but instead of just asking me about it and/or talking to my doctor, they lied several times and it took 5 days for me to finally just have my doctor call it in to a different pharmacy. I think it's hypocritical that they expect me to be completely honest but they can lie and play games as much as they want with total disregard for how it affects the patient. This happens often with CVS. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Great selection and great prices! Everything is always neat and easy to find, and the store never really feels too crowded.

The girls here are awesome! They know my name and they are always willing to help with whatever you might need!
