CW’s Authentic Tex-Mex Cuisine, Joshua TX

It was my first time to eat here. As well as my last. For 4 little street tacos rice and beans, it was $18. OMG! The food was cold when I got it. As far as presentation of it, it looked good. But it was cold, the meat in the street tacos had no flavor and had gristle in the meat. My first bite into a taco, I was like omgosh! I thought I just took a shot glass full of salt into my mouth! Ugggh!
I m so mad. That meal wasn't even worth $7, much less $17.
Whoever, cooked that food, should maybe seek another profession.
It was so bad I couldn't eat it. And people just don't have money to throw away and not get the value back in there meal.
I m SO mad!

Great lunch time service. Food about in no time. And fresh and to be expected for the price and I guess location no complaints for $8 on an enchilada platter w rice and beans Plus chips too nada complaint from me

This was my second visit. The first time was excellent. Not sure if they changed cooks or what happened but I ordered the same thing as the first time and was a little disappointed

The food was good, waitress was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was friendly n. Really enjoyed the visit.

Jamie is my best server. She is amazing very friendly and outgoing. They have variety of food. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend to family and friends Go see Jamie.

The lunch special is 2 enchiladas or 2 tacos or mix match with beans and rice, plus chips and salsa for 6.76 on Tuesdays! This is phenomenal!

Food is good. The rice definitely needs more flavor along side the salsa could use some heat.

The wife and I had lunch at CW's on Sunday after our hunting trip, and everything was great. The wife had Street Corn Quesadilla's ($10.40) and I had the Beef Enchilada Plate (three enchiladas for $11.44). They do have the Beef Enchilada's on the Daily Special part of the menu for $8 (two enchilada's) but I was in the mood for three. But those enchilada's are big and I could hardly finish the three.

The owner, Wayne, also stopped by the booth and we spent some time talking and traded hunting stories. It's good to see an owner who actually visits with it's customer to make sure they are satisfied.

If you have a big appetite and love beef enchilada's try CW's. They also have a good looking chicken fried steak that I will try very soon. The food was great, customer service was great, and the prices are reasonable and portion are large. We will be back.

Great restaurant! We received excellent service and some great tex-mex food for lunch. We each had one of the lunch specials, and they were both very tasty. They also have very good unsweetened tea. If you live in the area, it is worth the drive if you want great food and service for a good price!

We sat an hour waiting for our food, we finally had to leave. Didn't even comp our 3 sodas. $12 for never getting food. Resturant is dirty.
