I was helped today within moments of calling on the status of my request 24 hours before to open a new checking account by a very professional and personable Natalie Johnson! Services are always improving!

They have, overall, done very well handling my Auto loan and business account. The tellers and bankers are very professional and courteous. Any issues arise and the situations are resolved timely and sufficiently. There are two factors that I can say are unsatisfying; Both atm or inside bank check deposits do not provide an online photocopy of check image to the Cyfair FCU account holder for online review for validating any past checks received.

Dont bank here they want to charge you over draft fees before your account is in the negative. This isn't the first time they have done this to me either.

Skinner road location constantly has issues. Every time I come here there is always something. Made me wait 45 min to then come tell me that they can not service me because they forgot they had appointments scheduled. I had to drive all the way to the Jones location for them to take care of me. Don’t waste your members time and take care of them! I seriously don’t recommend this location!

I am a customer for 16 years and I love my CyFair Credit Union, their interest rate and customer service is great.

All the employees I've dealt with have been amazing. Had to get a new bank account after relocating for cancer treatment and was helped though the whole process by very compassion and kind employees.

Christopher Dotson is a great personal banker. He walked me through all my options and provided excellent service and support. If you need any loan solutions he is the person you should talk to. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to loan options.

My son and I went to Cy-fair Credit Union to apply for a loan. The loan officer Mr. Christoper Dotson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the type of loan we needed to apply for. Mr. Dotson went above and beyond to secure a loan that met all of our needs and more. I recommend Mr. Dotson to anyone who's in need of a loan.

I have had a small business account for two years now and have had a few issues in the past, but after making a few phone calls they have all been cleared up. Make sure you speak to Tara she is very helpful and capable of keeping customers working. Thanks for taking care of us!

This is becoming a habit because this is not the first time.

Awful experience. Everything is automated and drive through doesn't open until 8 AM. Trying to deposit cash into an account but night depository could take up to 2 days to go through even with cash. Also no deposit slips available there. Service here has gone way down.

Had over drafted worth one charge and they charged me 8 overdraft fees. When I talked to the assistant manager she said she would only take one off. Worst people to bank with ever.
