I've been going to Jeff for over 25 years to change my tires and other repairs. Good guy.

Purchased a used R3 and found cycle concepts online. I took the bike for an oil change, new chain, and sprockets. Turns out, the chain was still good. He could of just charged me for it anyways but instead, he informed me of the condition of the chain and saved me some money. He also aired my tires, checked my brakes, and updated my clock to the actual time. Jeff was very kind, informative, and very knowledgeable. Not many motorcycle shops are passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend cycle concepts to anyone looking for a motorcycle service shop and I am looking forward for future maintenance services with Jeff.

Had Jeff pick my Honda Shadow up in March of last year (2022) paid for repairs in advance $1,500. After a year plus of lies and excuses my bike has never been seen again. Had to take him to court (he never showed for either hearing. I now have a judgment against him for almost $4,000 (still no bike or money) this man is a liar and a thief!

Jeff treated me like I was family and we only spoke over the phone. Even though he didn't carry what I was looking for he still helped me find a shop that did, all in all amazing experience just over the phone.

Today I was in the process of changing a tire on a 2017 Honda Grom. I called around to a few places, not satisfied with any of their prices I decided to call cycle concepts. Not only was he the best matched price but he was willing to work with me due to the fact he was out of the shop. He gave me advice as well as joined a video call to give me step by step instructions to get the job done. Anyone who goes out of their way to help someone they don’t know deserves a 5 star review! I will give my business to this company in the future. Thanks for all the help!

Service is amazing. I called in asking for help on my Coleman mini bike. Applied man named Jeff told me the shop does not specialize in small motors, but over the phone he still goes out of his way to ask me what is going on with the bike, when was the last time I rode it, etc. He even had me text him photos of my dipstick to check to see if there was something up with the oil. I've never had a garage go so far out of their way to help me over the phone without even paying them. I think that's a testament to the integrity of this business.

Been a month and a half waiting on my battery to be replaced under warranty after failing in 6 months. Many phones calls, texts, and voicemail is full. No response for weeks now. This is my 2nd experience like this. Only bring your bike here if you plan to park it for months. I’m just going to buy another battery at this point and cut my losses.

Bike got a flat tire on the road and Jeff towed it and fixed it for a reasonable price, he’s very experienced and know what he’s doing and what he’s talking about. I am definitely coming to him for any other mechanics work I can’t do myself
