7This place is only GOOD vibes. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in and led me to secure a membership. I can always expect and experience a great cardio workout, as well as mental wellness from the coaches. The management is very clear about guidelines around the membership, including late cancellations. I’ve only experienced good communication and good energy.

Absolutely repulsive business tactics by this company. Terrible owners and business as a whole. Cancelled membership multiple times under previous ownership just for the new owners to re-open the account and send us to collections for over $1k. Do not give this company a dime of your money.

Tried to buy the $31 spooky 5-ride promo through the app as a new customer, and instead got charged $119 (5 ride pack full price). I wasn't able to put the promo before the transaction went through, so I called to resolve.
I was told that because it was my mistake and my fault, nothing can be done. The employee I spoke with tried to help, but had no authority over refunds so she recommended I email her manager. All I was trying to do was cancel that transaction, so I can purchase the other promo pack. So then I e-mailed, and her manager didn't even bother responding. I called again and was told I could use $70 store credit for other rides.which is not what I asked for. I waited for the manager reply and it never came.
I called again and was told by the same employee (who was only regurgitating what her boss told her at this point) that my refund request was denied because it was not their mistake and that customer refunds are not done because they get charged for it. And I told her I understand, so I then requested a partial refund (deduct the refund fee charge on my end), or charge me the price of the other $59 first rider 5-ride pack instead. Ultimately, all I wanted was for the manager to resolve this issue and just "meet me halfway" because I was not trying to spend $119, especially for a studio I've never been to. The whole reason I even considered Cyclebar was because of the advertised $31 promotion.
Instead, I got ignored and my e-mail was never replied to. Therefore, I requested a chargeback from my bank and thankfully got my refund.:) I never even went to their studio, and now will not ever bother. It's ridiculous that there was no effort to assist me and no communication from the manager.
Be careful spending your money or setting up a membership here. They will NOT do any refunds, and not bother working with you.
Other than their wonderful cycle stars who teach the class, the management is terrible. This is the true definition of a job can replace you & they do not care about what it does for you personally or financially. I personally was not an employee here, but they will get rid of employees with no evaluation or warning as fast as I can count to 10. Managers and owners are a reflection of the company and their employees so that should say enough. Communication is terrible and even riders have had issues with the management. I would give you a 0 but it doesn’t give me that option. Be for real
