Cypress Dentistry and Orthodontics

It’s been way too long for me visiting the Dentist as I had a terrible experience prior at another office. I was nervous going in today but knew I had to. Dr. Mousavi made me feel extremely comfortable, explained everything to me and helped calm my fears. She listened and assured me everything would be ok. Simone at the front desk was very friendly and helped come up with a payment plan that I could afford for all I needed done. Today I was facing a deep cleaning which I had experienced before. It was extremely painful in the past so I was nervous again. But…Then there was Veronica my hygienist. Omg she was amazing! She did an outstanding job. Very professional, calmed my nerves, checked on me during the process and most importantly she didn’t hurt me! Wow, such a different experience from then to now. Trusting the staff you do business with is important. I’m so thankful for such an amazing, caring group of professionals who work together to help their patients. My teeth look amazing. I drive almost 2 hours to see the staff at this office and it’s because of their exceptional customer service. Look no where else but here for all your dental and orthodontic needs.

I have been thru more dentists than you can imagine, just trying to find a good one, someone who cares and is honest and I FINALLY found one! I can’t say enough about the office staff, the Dr and Samantha the hygienist. So glad I found them

Had 2 root canals done by this dentist and let me tell you. Greatest dentist I’ve ever been too. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helped me with any questions and concerns I had. They helped me set up a payment plan because I couldn’t pay for them at the time. Doctor Mousavi and Doctor Patel were great they made sure I was numb and I didn’t feel a thing. Very professional and they care about your well being. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Cypress Dental staff are the most friendly and caring. The location is always clean as well. Dr. Shah always provides great service, and you can tell she cares a lot about what she does. Trina and Karen are awesome as well!

The hygenist who took care of me, Veronica, was the best! She was patient, funny, and kind. Veronica made my experience so pleasant. She knows what she is doing and enjoys her job.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have minor dentist phobia. Today, I left cured. First dentist to explain every detail of XRay’s, procedures, preventative measures, reactive measures, and cared about me! Every staff was friendly, informative, honest, helpful, caring, and thorough. This dentist office is a place of safety. Deep cleaning was my procedure. The high-tech technology is next level in care. 3-D images of the jaw and head are taken to ensure precise care. The overall experience of Cypress Dentistry is genuine and factual care. The staff believe in the betterment of their clients. I’m truly thankful to belong to this dentistry!

Wonderful experience. Staff is so nice and caring. Dr Shah, Dr Mousavi and their hygienists and dental assistants are awesome. No "two minute" cleanings here by the way, and Cindy, my hygienist was amazing. Definitely my new dental home.

Cypress Dentistry is awesome. Dr. Shah is the best. She takes the time to talk with you and answer any questions you may have. She offers you her honest opinion and expertise on everything. She seems more like a friend than just your dentist! The other docs are great as well as I have dealt with Dr. Patel, Ali, and Erian also.
Jessica, the office manager is great too. She always takes the time to talk with you and will answer any questions you have and will work with you on the payment options that are available to you. I would rather not have to go to the dentist but since I have tooI am so happy that I found Cypress Dentistry and I highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is amazing! Staff are very friendly and informative! They go out of their way to not only make you feel comfortable but also walk you through every step of your visit. No hidden fees at the end. You know exactly what you are getting and why. I have never had an experience like this! I will always come back here!
