This building is pretty! The people working inside of this Skilled Nursing Facility are wonderful! I recommend this facility with my entire heart.

Wowed the staffs have been very supportive and helpful. They available 24 hours as I have called several time at midnight and 2AM to help out with my mother as observed thru camera. Five stars to Glenda, Dominic, Stella and so many more staff that take initiative and caring. Keep up the amazing work. Thanks:) Tonight January 10,2024, I have witnessed another amazing staff and his name is Courtney R. He took initiative to help with a great smile.

My Dad has been here for 4 weeks and the care they have for their patients is genuine. Kayla is a God send, she is awesome be that doesn’t give her credit. She has taken care of my Dad as if he was her own dad.

Everyone was nice. The tour was great questions were answered to the fullest. Clean and very appealing.

If I can rate this place a zero, I would my mother came into this facility yesterday, and I had to come up there that night to remove the wet clothes she had on because she used the restroom on herself, as I got to the facility The people up in the front just sitting on their phones and patient is screaming and crying for help, Also they don’t have any way to communicate with the staff if they have any type of problems because none of the ringer bells are not working. So if you're trying to find somewhere for your love wants to go for rehab or a permanent solution. This place is not where you will like them to be they do not care about the patience at all.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! A very close friend has been here for a short time and it has been a nightmare since day 1! The nurse call button is a joke. My friend said it takes hours for a nurse to come on some occasions. They leave patients soiled for hours, not just my friend but the roommate as well. They accept diabetic patients and then say they don’t provide diabetic meals. That is neglect and should have been disclosed. They leave my friend in excruciating pain and claim other nurses gave medication before shift change and then come to find out the medication was never given and the facility was actually OUT of stock and needed to be reorder! How this facility is in business is beyond me but please take the other bad reviews seriously, everything I’ve read on the other one star reviews is exactly what we have experienced and worse!

My sister has been at Cypress Pointe for almost 2 months and has received very good care. The staff are kind & helpful & check on the patients often. The therapist work hard with the patients to make progress. The administrative staff are very helpful & communicate well. The Social Worker always has her door open & is extremely knowledgeable about care issues. We are very pleased with the care she has received & would recommend the facility to others.

Visited today looking for a place for my mother to recover from hip surgery. From the time I walked on until I walked out I was greeted with smiles and willingness to answer all my questions. The physical therapist director Kendra was there and was able to caht with her and team about the regimen. It was clean as well.while this NOT ideal to place a loved one but I feel comfortable thus far with the facility to help my mother through this unexpected time.

Beautiful, beautiful clean place. Wonderful staff and my Aunt don't want to leave the facility to come back with us to Memphis tn because of how well she is treated and loved there. She said to me today we're family here.

It went well with my interviewed and she is very friendly person and well spoken to me that I understood everything she detailed to me about position in the kitchen

Went in for an interview and was greeted with a smiling face from the receptionist to staff walking around. I was very impressed and hope to become a future staff member, this place is a place to call home. The atmosphere is so contagious. Love it here.

My husband, a stroke patient, has been well taken care of by nurses and aides. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that there could be better communication between staff as to specific needs of patient.

The receptionist and Ms. Sherrae Bell were extremely awesome. They are the true definition of professionalism with great hearts.

The facility is wonderful & so clean. I was greeted with kindness when I came in and the CNAs and nurses are compassionate and caring. Would definitely recommend to someone who may need it. Keep up the good work and I would give 10 stars if I could.

The facility was clean, fresh smell, very nice and friendly staff, everyone making sure you were being taking care of for my visit. Its a beautiful lovely place really doesn't look like a nursing home or assistant living just a lovely place. Amazing
