I really appreciate that the vet didn’t automatically want to amputate my cats tail and charge me a fortune. He gave her an antibiotic and directions on how to clean it. I feel like most vets would have just wanted to amputate it.

I love taking all my dogs to see Dr. West! He’s so caring, and always takes the time to reassure me and answer all my questions honestly. When two of my dogs fell ill in two days, he happily saw them both as drop offs first thing in the morning, despite the short notice. He worked them in very quickly and called me with updates within an hour of my dropping them at the clinic. He also made sure one of them could get a same-day appointment with a specialist at a specialty hospital (the hospital had told me she would have to wait 10 days to be seen)! And then he called the next day to see how she was doing. It’s the little things like that which show how much he really cares for all his animal patients.:)

The staff is also so kind and professional. They always answer their phones promptly and have a great attitude. They also treat all of my girls with love and respect, and I feel my dogs are in good hands with all of the technicians.

I just can’t say enough good things about Cypress Veterinary Hospital and Dr. West! I trust him completely with the care of my five pups.

I love this place! No matter how anxious my kitties are going in, they always come out relaxed. They are good at communicating and always very professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. West knew exactly how to treat my diabetic Siberian Husky. And the money is affordably. I'm so happy I found them.

Dr. Caballero and Jodie are amazing! I have a dog that is vet aggressive, meaning we only have issues at the vet where he shows aggressive behavior. I called because he had issues at another area vet so I wanted to try something different and explained to Jodie what issues we were having with his behavior.

We came today for his appointment and it was so easy! They dimmed the lights so he could relax before his shots. While he was getting his shots, Jodie was feeding him to keep him distracted, and Dr. Caballero was able to draw blood for his heartworm test, all without issue! I am so glad it didn't work out at the other vet and I called this wonderful place. Thank you!

Thus vet office is personal and caring. All the traditions of customer service are seen through this vet. The people who work there are kind and they treat the animals with care.

No matter how glowing a review I write, it would never adequately express how wonderful the doctors and staff at Cypress Veterinary Hospital are.

As the owner of a diabetic dog with IBD, I know how extremely important a knowledgeable veterinarian is. Dr. C is never condescending and always answers all my questions. He listens to my concerns without interruption and never assumes he knows my dog better than I do.

I can honestly, in my many years of having pets, this is, by far, the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. I am proud to have Dr. C and his staff by my side as advocates for my pet's health.

We have used a few vets in the area, Dr. C and his team are by far, the best around! They have saved 3 of our animals and several of our friends animals, that most vets, would just put down. They really care about their patients and pet parents. Their new facility has even more new technology to help them service even more patients! We have been using them for nearly 10 years and have no interest in changing vets! They really are a wonderful staff and facility!

The staff here is so nice and truly cares about your animals. Excellent veterinary service from the doctors here. All around a wonderful place to take your pets.

Very compassionate staff. We had to send our 12 year old Labrador, Charlie, to be with his brother Toby in Heaven.

They took care of our dog when she was hurt. They also gave us options and were great at explaining in detail what each option meant. Very affordable.

Love the groomer, however the doctors themselves need some improvement. While taking our puppy for shots we overheard them talking about taking pictures of a dogs tumor and making it a meme as they looked like "sideboob". As someone who recently lost their 16yr old Standard poodle to a tumor it wasn't well recieved. When brought to the Vets attention. His response was we won't have that problem in the new place they are building next door.but that this place had thin walls.no apology, no remorse. We will be finding a new Vet.

I was so pleased with the services that Ramsey received from the shampo and cut by the groomer. The staff was very friendly and warm with her care.

Cypress Veterinary Hospital is the best! My mom is 90, and her dog got very sick. We saw more than one vet before we got to Dr. Caballero. We had spent a lot of money and the dog was not any better. Dr. Caballero was able ro do an ultrasound on site and he diagnosed and treated the dog and literally brought him back from death's door to being better than he's been in years! Dr. Caballero is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about the animals and their owners. His staff is great too! There are many vets in this area and I've been to lots of them, but Dr. C is by far the best. We are so grateful that we found him! And so is the dog.

Great service and care for my sweet dog. Staff is great and they take time to understand the needs of my pet.

They aren't right around the corner from me, but my daughter thought I should go to them since she was very happy with them and I was parting company with the local vet. I was also very frustrated that other local vets were outrageously expensive and would sometimes tell you they didn't perform that kind of care there. I would have to find a different vet for just THAT. (What a pain!) So, my little pom had a large tumor on her gums. Not a good place to start with new vets. But. 2 vets examined her with me and spoke to me about what it might be, what would be involved in operating on her mouth, and how much it might cost. I like them both very much and think they really care about animals. Even the techs are very smart, experienced, and attentive. I really valued some of the things they said to me. Oh, and the price? Much less than the quote! I was very pleased and my girl is doing well. Her pain was minimal and she healed quickly. 2 thumbs up!

We took our 14 year old Shih Tzu in for care. The news was not good, but Dr Blue was very kind, taking the time out of his busy schedule to call me as I was unable to attend the appointment. He discussed the treatment options. He helped with a plan to keep our beloved family pet comfortable for whatever time he has left. His kindness and care is very appreciated.

I have used Cypress Vet Hospital for 10 years. They are fantastic. They provide great care in the most compassionate way. I am grateful for their "bedside manner" and guidance when I need to make tough decisions.

My little dachshund's muzzle suddenly swelled up and she became lethargic on Tues afternoon before Thanksgiving. Our usual vet couldn't fit her in so they called Cypress Vet who was able to work us in with very little wait time. Thank goodness! Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. The vet took care of Suzie with great care and compassion. If you're looking for a vet in the area, I highly recommend Cypress Veterinary Hospital.
