Cypress Woods Care Center, Angleton TX

The facility is less than desired aesthetically. There are a handful of permanent employees. The rest are agency which causes a safety issue in my opinion. There are nurses who have been there for years and they are wonderful and do the best they can with the situations they are given.

If Eduro Healthcare spent the money to upgrade the facility and hire permanent people at decent wage, the facility would become safer and come close to filling beds to capacity.

Do better Eduro Healthcare.

I want to thank the staff of cypress wood Maryland and Allison among other staff members whose name I cannot remember for making today a memorable visit with my friend.
An activity with a theme of Hawaiian luau which consisted of live music and fruit with tropical juice drink.
They were so sweet and kind to all the residents. Some of the staff members danced with them and it didn't matter if they were in a wheelchair, Walker, and we're sitting down they took it upon themselves to dance with them!
They went out of their way to make sure they enjoy themselves it was refreshing to see this gesture!

Great Service and Friendly Staff I’m always greeted and all concerns or questions are immediately answered. Professional and Efficient and they’re always pleasant. It’s clean and the environment is good.

Nursing assistant was attentive to my brother in laws needs thank you for taking good care of him

Nurses and Aides were very helpful and kind to my Dad and Family. All residents were content and happy at facilities.

Alison, Susan's nurse is so sweet to my friend. Facility was clean. Susan looks well and clean. All resident's look happy and well taken care of.

Once again we have been very impressed with Cypress Woods Care Center where my 93 year old daddy is living. They have recently updated the facility with fresh paint, nice bright lighting and even a tv in the common room. Every visit we encounter several workers who are always smiling and friendly, and always address my daddy by name. Since I live out of state it’s very comforting to see these interactions with him and to see the facility always very clean and nice.

This has to be one of the NASTIEST facilities I have ever step foot in. I am an agency nurse and I do NOT recommend any agency nurses to risk their license here.

I went to visit my sister and it's always a good visit with her. My only complaint is that the building smelled awful today!

Went to visit friend of mine. Did not talk to anyone working there. Place was old and use some updating. Was told that the staff was very easy to work with.
