I lived at these apartments for 3 years and loved them! They were my very first apartment post college, and also without a roommate thanks to their lower prices! They are not luxury apartments, there's no gym or anything extra. But that kind of stuff isn't important to me, I'm happy with just the place to live. All the staff have been absolutely wonderful, from the front office to maintenance, everyone really made this place a home!

I love living here only been at these apartments for 1 year and I'm glad to sign for a second year. Ms. Tonya and Ms. Allyson have been very helpful especially during this covid-19 pandemic. Very friendly staff, very patient and willing to work with you on your needs for your apartment. Thank you for all the help. Excited to stay here for another year.:)

Allison at the leasing office has an attitude. She acts like she's doing you a favor when you're just asking a question. I'll be sure to let friends/ relatives know how poorly I was treated. Rent was not cheap either. Never again.

Great apartment for the value; Tonya in the office was top-notch and was always quick to respond on anything I needed. Maintenance calls were always taken care of next day, hardly any neighborhood noise, and living on the first floor I hardly ever heard anything from my top floor neighbors. Highly recommend this complex!

The staff here is great. The property is older and as you would imagine there are some signs of wear. Melissa works diligently to keep the property clean and maintained. Last year she kept most of us dry during Harvey, she was a super hero for the families that lost their homes in the fire at building 13, she keeps us informed of impending freezes and impending construction and impending parking lot improvements and even calls to let you know you have a package. She has yummy beverages from the kuerig and treats for the your furry residents. She keeps the grounds meticulously clean and landscaped. I have always had quick and satisfactory repair requests. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional, the leasing staff is courteous and helpful. Tonya is on top of things in my account and just an all around nice lady. I have noticed some things haven't been perfect, the comments about crime below are only half of the story. Melissa employed security guards and implemented a gates closed policy after dark to deter those elements that we don't want in our community from loitering in the parking lots. We have permits for parking now, which eliminates most of the parking problems. She even sends some poor guy around to pick up the dog droppings that are inadvertantly not cleaned up by owners, for whatever reason. I appreciate the staff all of their hard work trying to keep everyone happy all the time.

Run as fast as you can from this piece of crap apartments. Most incompetent bunch of office people, rude neighbors, and if you want a moving target on your rent and "fees" then you've found the right place. For what you are charged go lease a house and you'll be way better off.

Very nice and ultra professional management. Any issue we've ever had has been dealt with promptly. I have really enjoyed living here. It's very clean. Very safe. Very spacious. Very quiet. If I didn't need more room for my expanding family, I'd live here much longer.

Watch out for bugs and cochroaches.when you move out they will charge you fees after fees because they expect the place to be immaculate.it's suppose to be better than what they handed you when you moved in.appliances are really old and expect to pay high electricity bills because they require you to go with a company they chose with high rates.

Horrible apartments from day one place is Roach infested and vehicles get broken into and stolen they have horrible security and maintenance never fixes anything when you ask them. After we moved out we received a bill in the mail for 1500 dollars claiming all of the carpet needed to be replaced when it obviously did not and also charged us for stuff like dust on the ceiling fans I believe $50 for that and much more these people are thefts and I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone!

We have almost a year there and we like it very much, nice neighbors, quiet, nice atmosphere, only problem don't be late at night to park it will be hard to find a space, other than that we love it great management.
