4 My name is Grant Sutton. We signed my 7yo son up for a camp June 26- June 30. There were last minute cancellations, they started cancelling each day until finally canceling the entire camp. That was a big disappointment for an excited 7yo and for a single dad that had to provide alternate child care for my son.
We only got refunded for one day (camp cost $335). We allowed them until Jul 13 and inquired about a refund. Mike O referred us to Jake who then promised a check would be sent in lieu of a credit card refund. Is is now August 22 and we still have only received the $67 refund. We are now having to go through the credit card provider to issue us a refund.
Overall this is an experience that I am unwilling to go through again.
We love D-bat! My boys have been going here for years. The new location is top notch and they love the camps and coaches! Can’t wait until the a/c is working.
The new facility is HUGE, 13 Cages for Baseball and Softball with 3 automatic pitching machine cages. Definitely a place to go get some baseball/softball work in
Taking my kids here for training has drastically improved their game. Head down, eyes on the ball!
