The place was very clean customer service was good ever thing was in order pitching machines worked very well

The machines are pretty reliable for fastpitch softball and baseball. The staff is helpful and the proshop is impressive.

Totally disappointed with Chris, I called couple of days ago and asked if the lights were fixed upstairs for cricket practice. He said yes, but when we went the lights had half lights. I showed it to the guy working there didn’t recall the name of he person may be mark. We have been there regularly last season but when we are paying around $92 an hour you at least prefer to have proper lighting.

We go almost daily the staff is very reserved and respectful. Once you get to know them they are truly helpful with any questions or concerns.

Furthest cage from the server consistently had problems with 40 MPH pitches.

The owner refused a refund for a month that I’m not using after suspending my membership……suspending, not cancelling, suspending.

Balls could use refreshing more often, and machine pitch cage rentals should be an option for Machine Pitch Little League coaches.

It is a very good place recommended to improve hitting, there are tremendous coaches and above all very professional staff, Mr. Dustin Olsen attended to me, an excellent, very professional person and the coach's name is Troy, excellent.

Cool place. Love the indoor cages. I recently got a membership but was never really told what was included with the membership and/or how the “no machine/trainer” cages can be used. I assume it’s because I’m a woman. Oh well.

Long lines just to hit some balls and was there longer than I wanted to be. Machine needed to be reset, and none of the hand sanctions were filled. Just for decoration or leftover remnants of covid. Pitching machines needed to be re centered. It was throwing way off and it was way more expensive than other DBats.

Great family fun! Good prices, very helpful staff and super friendly crowd. We’ll definitely be back!
