My daughter never played before so she didn't know how to hit. She was injured (not bad) and they had no ice. They should at least sell ice cups. We got hot so I'm sure people would buy for drinks and injuries

Stay away from this location, the staff was rude and unprofessional, had trouble with the machine more than 5 x and each time we had to go front desk and tell her, while she rolled her eyes like it's our fault, never again spending a dollar here. Go to the other location

Had the worst experience here with staff. Or was a team practice which I called ahead of time and asked if was ok. Got permission, paid for a membership. Have whole team slow up we get through half out lineup when two young boys ask if they can use the cage. We said absolutely it's yours when we are done. They went and complained we wouldn't let them bat right away. Staff sided with them even tho we were there first and had permission. Worst customer service I have ever had. I'm a grown women and do not deserve to be talked to or have the word of a kid taken over mine. Maybe you should invest in some cameras in the batting area to be able to review!

Went to hit with my son, and his high school teammates. Some guy in the next cage ask who I’m with, I told him no one (I was sure he wanted to know if I was providing some lessons (which I was not). I told him as stated above, and at the end of our time he gives me a card to call the general manager. I ask what for and he lies to my face and states he doesn’t know. I called and that general manager ask me if I was providing private lessons. Again, I state that all schools are closed and I was only pitching to my son and his teammates. Then, I ask, is this why you wanted me to call? He states that their facilities will not cover people who go in and hit during lessons? Ha Ha, so I guess if you are injured while taking some cuts, good luck to you. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Worst experience ever had at a batting cage. Rules for some don't apply to others as we had 6 kids rotating but maybe post expectations or enforce them for everyone. I'll buy my own machine before I go back here!

Don't franchise if you won't accept cards at multiple locations.

This was our second time and it was better. The machines weren't as inconsistent in their pitching, and the girl running the front desk let me know the manager reached out. I'm glad they care.

Will talk to him and consider coming back based on whether he deflects about the problems or shows some customer support.

I am giving a 5 stars, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My son is taking pitching and batting classes. I have seen him grow and get better every day. Instructor’s taking their time not to only teaching the fundamentals of the game but, they are also providing mentorship on how to control his emotions to be a better player and not to quit when things get hard. Thanks Tyler, Chris and everybody that help my son to be better and to enjoy the game.

Dbat has become one of my favorite locations to get some practice in. It is clean and well kept. The machines are kept in good condition and usually have no problems. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Once had an issue where it took several credits off my card without giving any balls and staff were amazing. They reloaded my card with replacement credits and investigated the problem with the machine right away.

Coach Tyler is great! My son really got a lot out of his lesson and looks forward to his next! Nice facility and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Decent indoor batting cages, good price and good system. Got to swing a bat for the first time in over 10 years! Much gratitude to this place.

Great facility with nice machines! However it’s hard to enjoy them when the facility has no adult bats to borrow/rent out…brought some friends there to have a good time but it was very short lived when the facility only has children bats to use. I was even willing to pay to rent a bat, and to have none available just doesn’t make any sense to me. ‍️

Dirty bathrooms and bad scheduling. Showed up after reserving a specific cage and was moved to the back when we arrived.

Great spot to unwind, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for kids just starting, to ones going to the next level.

Nice place for hitting a few balls. Not a lot of cages, may have to wait. Over all, best place I've been to in San Antonio.

It was great to see Tyler help my daughter with a technical session. I look forward to going back. She felt super confident afterwards and she can't wait to apply it.

This location has only 4 pitching machines amend one of the was broken add to it that there are 4 families of 3 using the facility. Not good

My sin had a private with Coach Michael and he was awesome.will be going back. Establishment is very clean and well taken care of for social distancing
