I've been going to this nail salon since they opened. I love how attentive Tom is when he does my pedicure. I have waited for him up to an hour that's how good he is. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming.

My go-to nail place they always make sure I get exactly what I ask for and very sweet people and calm environment

Came here at 10: 05am and the shop was still closed. I waited for a little while and nobody showed up. Disappointing.

This place was clean and organized the cons that I have with this place is I waited over a hour for my service and there where people steady going ahead of me and I was not satisfied with that.but luckily the nail tech Apple came through and saved the day she was very nice sweet and attentive she is the best and really moves in timely manner definitely go to her and she did my nails really good so s/o to Apple!

They don’t prioritize customers correctly. They seem distracted all the time. I went in for a nail removal and told them I wanted my nails painted after removal. I picked my color and everything. I was pushed aside three times. Once I finally got some attention he seemed to rush the process. They did a terrible job at removing the acrylic with extremely hot water (I even told the girl it’s too hot, she just laughs it off?). He “finished”, then ran off. I was like “this is it? I was wanting to get my nails painted. ” He seemed kind of annoyed so I said “never mind” and left. Not worth my money nor my time.

Slow customer service I was slightly ignored and had to speak up for a hello or approach after paciantly waiting my called in appointment as i scheduled to try this new nail salon after 59 Mins of sitting n just boiling pedicure water I politely tipped this establishment and said I jus really had an appointment and had to reschedule and go

Cat did AMAZING! She was so attentive and sweet throughout my entire service! She made sure that my nails were even, clean and to my desired extent! This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be returning! The pomegranate mimosa was delicious!

OK so this place first time going and maaahn! The drinks (yum) service here is amazing so polite and attentive ready to help with anything. My nail tech Scott was AMAZING! His massage was on point. Definitely coming back here and Definitely and for sure with him! Left so relaxed feeling good

The price is never the same! They even called me a liar when I said it, no problem I'll pay, no need to argue especially when I can produce receipts to prove I'm right from 3 weeks ago. The customer service varies on who you are I guess, I was never offered a drink or anything, but others around me were, and was even shown a menu. Oh and no beverage 3 weeks ago either. Lol lol lol. The last time I was there I asked the old man who did my nails for a break down of my charges, he seemed annoyed and voice got a little elevated. Each nail had its own shape coffin and square lmao! What's the problem I'm not asking for free services sir? I've even had my lashes done here before but never again because the sheet was dirty on the table with visible stains and dirt. I always tip but not on these last 2 occasions. I won't be going back. Response to owner*** again with the lies I've never been charged for length lol! Have a good day!

The service was good as far as friendliness and cleanliness. However, I specifically asked for someone who could do designs when I made an appointment. When I got there, I could tell the tech didn’t know what she was doing. I asked her to do French tips and the acrylic was super uneven and bumpy and she was using her finger along with the brush to put on the acrylic. Then I asked her to stop and just do dip. After she finished, I expressed to her that I was concerned my nails were extremely thin and would break easily. Yet she didn’t add on any extra coats. I was frustrated because I made this appointment right before my engagement party. I went on Wednesday and it’s Sunday and my nails already look terrible. They keep cracking and chipping. Everyone was nice but the service was terrible.
