Love this vendor! Their customer service is superb and they have been very flexible working with me - initially helped me repair really old units, but then helped me out to find a really cost effective, functional and high quality solution for my HVAC needs. Not only that, byt the supervisor was always on point with communication and helping manage the entire thing while I was out of town, and the crew was just terrific and flexible to accommodate really weird time windows to work, and even deal with crazy tenants that threatened them twice! Despite all that, they never lost their nerve and helped out get the work done, in exceptional time, in the middle of the heat season, and at really reasonable prices. I would recommend 100%

Air stopped working evening of July 3rd. They were at our house July 4th morning and done by 10am. Very happy with response and price. Professional and great service. We were very happy we had ac for the holiday.

Definitely recommend! My A/C stopped cooling around 2 in the morning, messaged Daniel around 7 in the morning and responded right away that he will arrive in about 30 minutes. As soon as he arrived, he figured out the issue. Fixed the problem in an hour or less and handled other problems that would have created a more expensive trip for a really cheap price. Having a home around this 100 degree temperature with no cooling A/C is definitely not suitable for our small children. Great A/C specialist, excellent service, quality work and reasonable prices. Can’t beat that.

I had a problem with my AC unit. I was able to call and get a service call in one day. The courteous response to my concern was very appreciated. I was informed what the warranty would pay and what was out of pocket for me. They went beyond my expectations and got my system repaired. What was really exceptional was the no-pressure, professional service. I highly recommend D&E for all your HVAC needs!

D & E worked with my home warranty company to get me two new furnaces to replace my old ones that have not been working adequately for some time. They gave me reasonable prices on them and came and installed them in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with Danny’s professionalism and being a respectable gentleman to me. He even sent me photos of my furnaces in the attic so I could see what they installed. I totally recommend them for any job you have.
