D1 Training San Antonio

My son loves training at D1. I have tried to train him myself while working out; but he enjoys working out with kids within his age limit, and competing with one another. We highly recommend training at this facility. The trainers are very motivating and we will continue to train here during off season or as needed for sure!

D1 has been instrumental for my son since inception. The coaches have helped and developed his agility and strength. He’s improved with learning proper stretching techniques, and he has fun learning new skills.

I signed my 13 year old up for the group instruction. The coaches are knowledgeable and professional. The gym is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. The coaches provide a motivating environment and set the tone of getting the work done to become a better athlete. Great place and highly recommended!

Was a member of the Cedar Park facility. It was a very good place when it was operational. However, they collected a year's worth of money from many of us and now not returning it as the facility closed down. The owner asked us to contact the franchise and the franchise is telling us to contact the owners. They are just making us go in circles. Horrible experience with this company. Stay away from these scammers.

My daughter did not grow up playing sports but expressed interest at age 12 in volleyball. After training at D1 for three months she made the A team. Great coaches, atmosphere and facility for young athletes to develop.

D1 has been really great for my son, he has set himself up with goals and has really come out of his shell. Every coach has been really nice and supportive. D1 is a training program that I feel goes beyond training the kids, it is about self discipline and being part of a team. Thank you

My daughter loves it (9y), is a great place to work out and have fun for the kiddos. The coaches are super helpful and trustworthy, they encourage and get to know everyone, this was the boost she needed to get in shape and know her own skills and strength.

My daughter has been attending D1 classes for the past couple months. We placed her in the program to help her with her sport (soccer). She really enjoys the workouts and it has improved her performance 100%.
