Da-Vi Nails, Houston TX

I came here twice (way before they close) and was told to come another day to get my nails done

I had an appointment for a specific time with a specific person. I showed up and did not see the person who usually does my nails. I am waiting for about 15 minutes in the front waiting for someone to further check in with me. The lady that sits at the very front chair told me that that person was not there and that she didn’t know I asked for him specifically. I stated to her that yes she did because when I called she repeated the name several times. Instead of getting a full set I just got my nails soaked off and set my jacket & purse in the floor. When I left, I picked my belongings up & had bugs crawling all over my stuff! It took an hour to soak off. It smelled so bad, the lady did not use clean tools, and put on old gloves. DO NOT GO THERE!

The best nail salon in the area! Reasonable price! Always had a good experience with them!

Several times my nail application did not last 4 days.the nails are all left.
Use the right glue.

Very bad service they took all my nails off.all I wanted was a color change. I just had my nails done august 28th full set somewhere else and paid 57.00 dollars I just am so upset she made me bleed and I walked out the manegarsaid she does pedicures and didn't speak English why would they let her do nails

Went there today (Tele) did my nails, she's fine but very very very slow I lost my patient tell she finish, if your free and willing to spend half day there go ahead

I took my mom in to get her nails taken off and this place is very filthy. After soaking her nails the worker started to rub off her nails with a dirty napkin. The stations are not being clean after each customer. Floors are nasty, I could go on and on

First time here, the ladies are very nice and the one that took care of my pedicure did a good job.

Very rude. I went in at 7: 30 she looked up and said we closed. I said you guys don't closed until 8 she never responded to me after that. I will never spend a dime in there and every time I'm in Walmart I will encourage people to not go there.

This place is DIRTY and Unsafe

Their tools have dirt and old nails residue from others.
I was their customer for about 2 years and now I have fungus in my nails.

I went last night got there around 6: 40 was told an hour wait. I waited and it was worth it. All the employees were so nice and helpful. Peter did my refill and did a great job. Every other nail shop I have gone to rush doing my nails and end up making my cuticle bleed. Not here I got the shellac 338 he did 2 coats when he saw it was as deep color he added a coat of 111. That made my nails go from good to amazing. I love them. Then I got my eyebrows waxed she was so quick and painless and they look great. I will definitely be back.
