4Excellent service and staff - Rick, KeKe, Ron, Terrance. The team at this location knows their product info and they always go the extra mile, even in the middle of the crazy summer weather. If it comes down to it, I don't mind having to wait on hold (phone) because I know I will be treated and told correct info.
Ke ke is very professional and always willing to help every time where it’s over the phone or in person. This store has done a 360 with customer service and I prefer to shop here over all other locations in dallas. A plus service
